Hello, I had a 40' x 14' foot concrete patio replaced with…read moreCambridge pavers. The patio is along the back of my house and there are 2 doors going into the house from the patio, one slider and one hinged door. The new patio looks good enough but the whole thing is too high relative to the house, the top of the pavers are the same height as the top of the door saddle. I can not install a storm door because it will hit a floor mat. I had asked Manuel to make the patio about an inch below the door saddles during the estimate and again before the pavers were installed, he agreed but didn't do it. It's discouraging, the patio looks nice but it's the wrong height. Now I face the dilemma of living with it or having another contractor rip it out and install it at the right height.

I would highly recommend him for any landscape project.

Only one friend had someone they could refer and that was a relatively small project from a few years back, but she said they did great. I thought I'd at least get a quote. Man I am so thrilled we found them. Jeremy was quick to give a quote and gave an approximate start date. He seemed very honest and was very likable. He had some good suggestions and it all made sense to me. The project is big in my estimation but maybe not to others. Anyway we did put down the deposit and he showed up around the date anticipated and his crew worked so well to finish everything in just 4 days. They worked so hard and were perfectionists. We even went with him to do the fence around it. What a wonderful guy and fabulous crew who are truly professionals at what they do. Fabulous work. I certainly recommend them.

The…read morepride in their quality of work was obvious from beginning to end and this was a huge project with a lot of planning and details on their part. Jeremy was able to create a 3D video of what the backyard would look like and we were blown away, however, little did we know that the actual project and details when completed would be even so much more beautiful! This backyard project was a huge undertaking and we were nervous (terrified actually LOL) about finding the right person for the job and worrying about all the things that could go wrong if we didn't. We did our research and knew we wanted to hire Jeremy. And he and his team did not disappoint! The peace of mind we had throughout the entire process, seeing their quality work, attention to detail and knowing that they were not taking any shortcuts was PRICELESS!

It started out very well, however they started coming to cut the lawn even when we would tell them…read morethat it did not need cutting. This happened twice. When I spoke to the owner, he said he would not charge me, well he shouldn't since I asked that it not be cut several days in advance. When I spoke to him he told me that it is confusing because we change out mind every week. First, that is not true we did it twice, and second, we are paying for the service and can tell them when we do not want it cut. He told me if we do not want it cut, we should tell them the day that they are coming. Now how do I always know when they are coming when there is rain, etc? In addition, when his brother was doing the mowing, he would actually skip us when our lawn looked like this. Once he skipped us and the owner charged us anyway. I expect my landscaper to know when not to cut, but I always text so they can plan their schedule and crew. When I told him we were discontinuing his service his text back was that he did not need my business anyway. The below pictures are my lawn before they came to cut it. We had asked them not to in a text on Saturday, and they cut in anyway.
