He effectively plans out a strategy to get you where you want/deserve to be, and then he executes. At every step along the way he explains what needs to be done and why, and is not afraid to debate with his clients to make sure the difficult process moves along toward a successful conclusion. I can say while we disagreed sometimes on the pace and direction of where we were going, he always took the time to explain to me what we were doing and why, and discuss and debate the important issues so that I can confidently state we arrived at the best legal conclusion for a very difficult situation. In court, he is brilliant at explaining the salient points and pointing out lies/discrepancies offered by the opposing party (which happened frequently in my case). We never lost a single of point of substance in the entire process, and his views on what a likely successful settlement would be were pretty much right 12 months before we finally got there after beating back all the crud from the other side. David's primary paralegal, Candice, is a joy to work with. She keeps everything completely organized and every time we went to a court hearing, she had everything right at her fingertips. Could not have been ultimately successful without this team. If you are in this difficult process and not happy with how your case is proceeding, highly recommend you give David a call and see if you can get your case straightened out and your interests protected That's what I did.

I was very disappointed with this company. Noemi came to give us an estimate for a deep clean in…read moreour home. We have a four bedroom house. The estimate came out to $675. Noemi promised cleaning top to bottom and every knock and cranny. She talked about a "ghost buster vacuum" and would vacuum the top of our cabinets and hutches. The company sent me a contract that listed what they would do. In the contract the utility room was listed. The crew of 5 cleaned the light fixtures, dusted the furniture, cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen and mopped the floors. When the crew finished and left, I checked their work. The top of the cabinets weren't vacuumed, the top of door jams were dirty, top of hutches dusty, top of curtain rods dusty, under the couch cushions full of debris. And the utility room wasn't touched. I called Noemi to express my concerns and after several attempts I got through. When I expressed my concerns Noemi said that couches aren't covered in the cleaning and utility room cleaning wasn't an oversight. She only admitted to not vacuuming the cabinets after I told her I had gotten up there to check. Overall, the crew did a fair job cleaning, but they didn't deliver on the deep cleaning top to bottom every knock and cranny. They also had poor customer service when any concerns were voiced. I also questioned the company's ethics by not honoring the items on the contract. Had I not gotten on the ladder and checked the tops of furniture and cabinets I would have believe that they cleaned it. They were willing to get paid for work not done. After all the back and forth, they first said they would send a crew to finish the work. Then there was a medical emergency and they couldn't send anyone. A few days later, I get and email from them that because I was"hostile" they would give me a discount if $100, which I never asked for a discount, but not going to send anyone to finish the work. In my experience, they promised a lot but did not deliver. They don't stand by their work or their contract.

A few years later when I needed legal counsel again, I employed his partner, John DeVoss. I was never more disappointed in his professionalism. He acted as though he did not want to be there and at times was not. When I felt I really needed him, I felt abandoned. If you decide to use this company's services, be sure and select Jeff Smith. I would give him 5 stars. I would not give any stars at all for his partner and if I did, it would be 5 negative stars.
