My name is Mike and I'm from Texas. I've come all the way from the States to visit the so called…read moreglorious restaurant 'Iverans'. First of all, the menu was quite big so I had a lot of choice. Quickly I came to the conclusion to eat some spare ribs. But before I got to that, I ordered some chicken legs with sweet hot chilli sauce. The waitress was quite shocked when I took that as appetizer. I found that a little rude. They were very delicious and we got a good portion of chicken legs. The chicken meat was very soft and matched perfectly with the chilli sauce. The only thing that bothered me was the inside of the meat, it looked like there was a cut vein with blood in it. While waiting on my main dish, I ordered a glass of wine. It was a very soft and sweet wine. And then. The spare ribs came. The first bite I took brought me to another dimension. The meat was incredibly tender and the marinade was the best I ever had. The presentation was so good I wanted to put the whole rib in my mouth. It was the most delicious spare rib I ever had in my life. I also ordered some fries together with this masterpiece, and it fit perfectly. Overall, I had a really good night. I paid a little more than I expected, but it was definitely worth it. I didn't really like the waitress I had but I'm sure she was just in a rush. I would recommend this restaurant to the whole world and I will for sure bring my family from the States back to Iverans.
