For me it's my fave outdoor adventure magasin in Laval! When you enter the store you notice the nice babbling waterfall/brook that gives a relaxing "faux nature" feel. I dig a place that offers quality products at reasonable prices. It's a serious outdoor contender with MEC and it's cousin REC or Eastern Mountain Sports (in the US). Usually 3 - 4 times a ear they have decent sales and it's worth it to come at this time. Do not expect he high end gear to be discounted much. Probably one of the only shops I know in Montreal that sells surfboards and wetsuits if you choose to surf the current in front of Habitant 67 or Parc des rapides in Lasalle.

Sail is a massive outdoors store. How I describe it is.... it is a cross between Atmosphere…read more(Sports Experts outdoors store), tackle and small section of guns with lots of camping and fishing goods. There is always some good seasonal sale's @ Sail as they have a large assortment of outdoor clothing, fleece, jackets and other goods! Their selection of winter clothing is pretty decent. Brand names are in the mid range on average. They do have some Arcteryx, Canada Goose, North Face and Columbia items to name a few on the higher end. A decent selection of outdoor footwear as well. If getting lost in the woods, or skiing hiking or fishing is your game then you need to get to Sail!

There was Boxing Day sale then some random door crashers and then New Year door crashers etc etc . And I just LOVE how fast they process your order , usually shipping out the same day it was placed . For free shipping they use UPS Standard and it's surprisingly quick . Recommended .
