IT IS FLU SEASON YET NO ONE DECIDED TO SWAB FOR FLU OR STREP! The office manager states "Well no one hasn't been really coming here with the flu". This place is by far the worst physicians office I have ever visited! I won't be back, even if my life depended on it. They would probably let me die anyway considering they had done nothing for me when I was literally feeling like death the two times I visited in the same week! THANKS FOR NOTHING! Also forgot that they even billed me for an additional ~$200 for both visits. Tried to dispute the bill with the office manager regarding negligence and improper patient care, however she deducted $20 and said that was all about she could do. Thanks so much once again, because you guys did nothing but take my money to pay your awful physicians who couldn't even test me for the flu! Knowing how bad and red my throat was, didn't even attempt to swab for strep. This place is a joke!

The receptionists that work there are not very friendly and do not care for the patient, no matter how sick or in pain you are, they show NO sympathy! Dr. DeMattia (head doctor) is kind and personable, so that is a plus. But the 2nd doctor in command (I won't name names) is not a warm person whatsoever. It doesn't matter what your illness may be, she is always short with me, quick to the point (I feel she tries to hurry me up) and doesn't always help with the issue at hand. This is nerve-racking and unfair to any patient! This doctor's office likes to refer you to other doctors instead of trying to solve the problem themselves, by the way, so beware of that!
