Friendly, good selection and geared toward keeping you on the road. They have a small selection of fairly priced NOS parts on the window sill by the register, a whole basement full of hard to find used frames, bikes, parts (e.g. lights, fenders, dropouts etc.) They get loads of used parts in pretty regularly by the looks of it. I was told they have a 400 square meter warehouse of parts. Not cheap, obviously, but these guys have the hard to find stuff. Very nice, even as I limped by with my 8th grade French. I don't mind that the bike was old, but it should be properly maintained if you are going to rent it out. It got me through a day of touring around Paris. But next time I do this I will rent from someone else. (In fact a few days later I did just that and it was a much better experience).
