I spoke with the manager ( or he said he was a manager, older gentleman) and to begin with, he was extremely RUDE! I am a loyal customer here and to be treated the way, is so hurtful. Needless to say he did not help at all. I decided to take it to another bike shop in town and they were very helpful. Fixed my bike and questioned me if I was sure it had been tuned up in the first place. They said it looked like nothing had been done to it in at least 12 months. This was very upsetting, hence I had just taken it to Cape Bicycle for a tune up! That was money and my time wasted. I will NEVER be back to Cape Bicycle and will never recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and time and go elsewhere....
