I had to walk (just 6 minutes to Albert Heijne) and back and it's cold out. We're visiting from out of the Country and didn't want to use our relatives tiny washer and dryer. Both the washer #5 and dryer #7 worked fine. Dryer was very hot! Took some clothes out of it early. It's s laundromat not Disneyland.

I watched on multiple occasions when people left other people taking their wet items out of dryers and putting them on other machines and taking over the dryers This lovely lady took a dryer from me with her jackass friend after I told them I was waiting for it. The man bullied me out-of-the-way and took the dryer. Then she proceeded to mock me and remind me that she was some type of influencer. The dryers don't work well this is a shit location. The price was fair and it is CASH ONLY! I paid 15 euro and they washed nearly my entire suitcase of clothes. I literally left for the airport from here. So when I came to get my clothes I had to finesse them into my jam packed suitcase. I was prepared to do this myself, but they actually helped me get everything into my bag!! It took a group effort of forcing it closed haha but if I find myself in Amsterdam again I would use their services again. My clothes were done within 2 hours of dropping them off. I took them on a Thursday around 11am. Very nice people, great service, helped me to not do laundry after my long trip.

(First of all what cleaner would NOT do that?) I told him yes of course. I also had three shirts that needed dry cleaning and since we were traveling I wanted them folded not hung on a hanger. Well..... you guessed it, he washed all of dark clothes with our white clothes. They did a poor job of folding the clothes (they were stuffed in a bag) and all of our white clothes were ruined as there was a relatively new pair of blue jeans (had been washed a few times prior) and every light pair of clothes we had were now a light blue. Terrible. Also, the three dry cleaned shirts were on hangers and when he realized they were to be folded he pulled them off the hangers and quickly tried to fold them in front of us and put them in a plastic bag where they were immediately wrinkled. Save your money and time and go elsewhere.
