I just got my electronic passport photos at Muñoz Studios. It was great. I tried CVS - "camera's…read moreout of order." Walgreen's #1 "system's down." Walgreen's #2 "I can send the electronic copy in 24-48 hours but I can't guarantee that you'll get it." And UPS "We don't do that here" even though the website says it does. Mr. Muñoz took the picture. Gave me a hard copy and had me wait until the email was in my inbox - all within about 15 minutes. The family has been in the photo business for four generations!
