Never have I dealt with a group of people more rude and apathetic as this team of pharmacist. They all must be treated poorly for their attitudes to trickle down to the consumer. Medicine goes on backorder and no one bothers to call. When you call them, they act like you are the biggest inconvenience in the world. I had a flu once that left me bed ridden for 3 days. When the prescription my doctor wrote was out of stock, they told me to call around to the other pharmacies. Umm what? I can barely talk! I desperately need to take my business elsewhere, but CVS has exclusivity with my insurance. So they absolutely know their staff can treat you like dirt because there is nothing we can do about it. read more

If I could leave a zero for the person in pharmacy drive thru I would. So rude. Stared at me when I drove up and then rolled her eyes to tell me they were out of zofluza. As a manager myself, this employee would be looking for a new job. Not good CVS. read more

Extremely poor customer service. I have been going there for several years, and over the last 6 months service has declined drastically. Making phone calls to an actual person now takes between 5 and 10 minutes. They claim that they will call your doctor's office for refills, but when they get no response, there is no communication to the customer. Last time I was in the store the clerk was extremely rude when I had questions regarding the type of syringe and needle to be used with my medications. I actually voiced my concerns and they did not care and offered no response, suggestions, or apologies for not meeting my expectations. I will now be shopping at a locally owned pharmacy. read more

Would give less than one star if possible. The cashiers in the front of the store are always friendly, but there's one pharmacy tech that always gives me the biggest attitude. I will be switching pharmacies. read more
