Rude cashier, maybe she's got a screw loose. I had to quote this from a previous reviewer! "Ok..I'm pretty sure the dollar bills are not going to break...does she have to "snap" every one of them?...good Lord. Ring up my stuff ,move on, and that goes for the 15 people waiting in line behind me. I think a person who is that meticulous would be better suited in the stock dept. The pharmacy staff are friendly and professional. Clean store over all." I don't know what to think about that cashier. It's actually become community talk. Get a CVS card and experience some great savings. If you scan your card twice to check for coupons at the machine in the store, some times it will spit out more... read more

you can't call n speak to someone, you must leave a voicemail. then when u get there and your script is wrong (or if u have any questions) you have to get in another line, then when u figure it out, you get back in the first line. it's line after line with no help. if they answered the phone in the first place it would have saved me so much time. WORST SET UP EVER!!!!! there's more people working back there than any other pharmacy and they still can't answer the phone. STUPID! STUPID! STUPID! read more

There is always an issue with any prescription that gets called in here for me. I called to ask questions and received rude responses and told a date to come pick up my prescriptions and to be sure to come in after 1p.m, when the date arrives I'm told once again it is too early to pick up my. However, I have text saying it is filled and ready. The problem isn't with waiting on the medication, it's being told 3 different dates & receiving 3 different text messages saying it was ready. This is the only CVS pharmacy I've experienced this problem with. read more

CVS is a dime a dozen however this one seems to be par above the others. MOST of the staff is friendly. The one exception is the WITCH that works the photo counter. You better watch out for her. God forbid that you don't have your CVS card ready for her to scan. If you don't, here comes the sigh.... Just don't get her going and you wont have an issue. I think the old lady need to find another job, because working with customers is not for her. I cannot believe that the management still allows her to work. read more

This is by far my favorite pharmacy around. In all honestly, it took a LOT for me to write a review…read moreother than FOOD! However, this place is awesome for a few reasons: 1.) They are always available and happy to help with any questions or concerns. 2.) Many of the pharmacists and the techs know my husband and me by name, and always greet us and ask us how things are going. 3.) They are helpful when it comes to insurance. Our insurance was giving us the run-around about our inhalers...in addition to the fact their site went down and made it look like we were trying to get double of the same thing. Long story short, one pharmacist went out of his way to call us AFTER he had called the ins. company and straightened everything out. I noticed it was about 10 min. before the pharmacy closed; he went above and beyond, and could have easily put it off until the next day. 4.) They warn you if the medication will be expensive ahead of time. 5.) If insurance won't cover something, they do everything possible to help you financially with the medication (manufacturers coupons/ programs/suggestions for your doctor/etc.). Finally, even though they deal with a lot of irate, irritated, elderly, and frustrated people, they always remain super pleasant and prompt. Thanks for making script refills as painless as possible!

These pharmacists act like gods amongst men. I came in ten to six for a prescription of 6 pills. He talked to another customer for 7 mins before walking up and saying I can't fill this before even looking at the paper? The pompous ass behind the counter obviously hates his life as the old adage goes misery loves company. ‍ I am going to go pray for this man to find a women, or god. Because he has been rude 2/3 times I came to pick or drop off a prescription I go to west village pharmacy for my prescriptions and they are fantastic compared to this guy. They even call you on your birthday. They are supposed to be there to help you, but for some reason they think they are their to make their own times and act like complete and udder dickheads.

They don't carry the two prescriptions that I need so when I was telling the owner, why are you so concerned about my other medication's? He's like because I can ask questions and also why are you getting from two pharmacies? I personally number one nobody carries these two medicines that I need except you guys and the second thing is no disrespect. It's none of nobody's where I get my medicine from. All I need is my medicine so I can feel better so he told me to hold my horses and told with the medication that you have at these other pharmacy why don't you get it from there? I told they don't carry them and they don't order them. You guys are the only ones been coming there for three years and now you're giving me trouble about medicine that I really need. And he was like you're too much medicine. I told him that's none of your business and he told me listen. I am the owner and I fill your prescriptions for you. I said you are talking about my medication's other medication's in front different people that I don't know who's in the store and that's against my and he told me no it's not. I am the owner and I know what the law is. I told OK whatever you say can you give my medication? He's like no I am not gonna fill your prescription. Go find it somewhere else to be honest he was racist. He because of my first and last name and I bet 99.999% it's because of what's going on on the other side of the world and I'm assuming he's taking his hate on somebody that needs his medicine. Listen I'm a type of person if somebody tells me hey we're out of stock for this month. Can you go look for somewhere else? I will more than gladly to go do that because it took me 10 different pharmacies until I found Apollo pharmacy in Wyandotte and they had no problems filling my prescriptions for three years and they did not ask are you taking these other and why are you getting them from another pharmacy? He's just being greedy because I didn't give all my medicine to him so he can make the money. It seems like he's hurting for money or he needs more money or he's racially profiling me because of who I am and I think that's the reason why and if you go look on people are giving him bad reviews as well too because they don't fill prescriptions or ask them about what other medicines they have and why they medicines and it's none of their these are none opioid prescriptions and also I don't take any opioids as well for him to name all my medicines in front of the crowd of his workers and customers was a violation of my HPAA law he said my name he said my date of birth he said my address and you know what I feel violated and disrespectful by this gentleman he should not own this place. He should be looked at sorry for the long real message, but thank you everybody please I hope I'm not the only one that gets treated like this.
