I attempted to correct the cashier, verified the signs that were plastered all over the closed-grill area and coolers... and she just wouldn't listen to me. I wouldn't know if I was purposely denied a deal or if she was just busy and chose not to help me, but this isn't the first time I've had an issue with cashiers not wanting to speak with me or assist me when there was a pricing discrepancy. There are too many times in which I was overcharged for no good reason. I'll add that the soda from the fountain lacks flavor (unsure if from lack of cleaning or if the sodas just aren't swapped out often), their chili machine has a tendency to be out and/or broken, and the location is at a very busy intersection. It's also very crowded and loud inside of the store, but that comes with living in Newtown, at this point.

The market was not well stocked, except for the wall of refrigeration cases for drinks, and the video games in the front corner. No tables for eating in. Beware there are expiration dates on all the tickets, every single one. The one way tickets can usually be used for another half year, and possibly the round trip tickets too. However, if you get the pack of 10, you save money but you have only around 1 month to use it all. The gentleman selling the ticket behind the register has always been the same guy - a friendly man. Although looks a bit shabby inside and the shelves often appear to be pretty empty/need restocking, the employees are friendly and there is a small mom&pop shop feel which is quite a change from the massive chain stores.
