Due to the fact I'm not a local, I didn't have a Kinney card so I attempted to input a few relatives' telephone numbers. I threw in the towel after three unsuccessful attempts. Nonetheless, she was cool as a cucumber and never mimicked an impatient person. I appreciated her pleasant disposition. On a side note, they have some great gift options and a decent clearance section. I would definitely shop here again!

Rude employees who yell at you when asking about a product being in stock. Almost every cash register is turned off even during peak business hours and with long lines. I think Shaq has a better chance of hitting a free throw than receiving an error free delivery. Many of my favorite staples are also no longer being stocked here as well despite abundant availability in other locations. It was 8:20 pm when I checked out. I was told they could not adjust price or refund as I would have to come back to the belly of the beast if I wanted a refund or an adjustment. Yet there were a number of customer service staff there that Were still there. I was told the drawers are taken and nothing they can do. This is so wrong and a poor business practice.
