A two star rating only because of the young man who was so friendly and helpful when I had a question, and for finding what I was looking for. He deserves 5 stars! However, the place looks like it needs pressure washing on the outside and the restroom smells like a urinal. There was old dry (what looked like) stuck on defecation on the toilet and to top it off, no soap!! You are a pharmacy! Had a brief encounter with the manager, and she was not very friendly either. I walked in to get a prescription at 1:20. There were 4 or 5 people in line. They only had 1person (out of at least 20 people working) helping the people in line. When the person in front of me was helped, I was told it was 1:30 and they were closing so they refused to help me. The pharmacy could improve by adding some workers to the cash register when there is a line; or they could have told me to come back later when I first arrived. read more

Normally? CVS is great. This one? Not so much. Go elsewhere! This CVS has a 100% failure rate at filling my prescription properly. 1) The app says it's ready for pick up. I arrive? They say it's not started (or not in stock), so come back 3 days later, or wait 30-60 minutes. I choose to depart. 2) 3 days later? I appear and it hasn't been started. So they scramble to fill it. Only to fill a 30-day prescription, when my insurance requires 90-day. Sooo, I get sent home with 30-days and told to return in a few days to get the other 60-days. 3) I return 3 days later, only to find my prescription still isn't filled. So, I get to wait 30 minutes for them to do what they said they would days ago, to finally get my prescription. Every 90 days, I repeat this. It's absurd. I spoke with the manager, and they say it was a one-time mistake. Riiiiight. One time, every 90 days! They claim it is because of my doctor's script. Or because of my insurance. Or because of my medication. All excuses, since another pharmacy got it right each time, the first time. read more

I've used CVC in Victoria in the past. It seems like every time I go there the customer service gets worse. I went online to refill a script and when I got there 4 days later, they hadn't gotten to it. No timeline as to when it would be ready. I'm not planning to refill my prescriptions there again. read more

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. I think the pharmacist there (male) purposely acts like an asshat so nobody goes there. I think he had a Jamaican accent and he was RUDE. Tried to tell me my insurance doesn't cover a cream and spironolactone. Turns out he just assumed I couldn't pay cash price because anywhere I went the at was the situation unless I did home delivery. Most useless, unhappy person I have dealt with. He told me I need to call another pharmacy. All I asked was if they'd send to another cvs etc and he raised his voice saying, no you have to do it. So I just said alright thanks, and as I said that he hung up on me. Gross unprofessional behavior. read more

Stay away from this pharmacy if you want to maintain sanity. Refrigerated medicines are not kept refrigerated and bare hands are used to count your pills. Every month they mess something up with a reoccurring prescription.... Hoping next year my insurance will change pharmacies. Obi the "manager" is absolutely no help and doesn't care at all. I would not recommend this pharmacy. I used this pharmacy for over a year and finally had to leave. They will not call when they tell you they will. They tell you they are ordering your medication and it takes over a week and having to call and reorder several times. When they choose, they will not answer the phone because "They are busy". I had to leave my house and drive there to ask a question about my medication. I would show them I was still on hold and they would just shrug their shoulders and say "We are busy". They will not even answer the phone for insurance companies. My insurance called and they would put her on hold then hang up several times. read more

I get all my prescriptions at this store. They are slow to get prescriptions ready, and it is often difficult to get them on the phone. When we first started using this pharmacy, the pharm techs and the cashiers were kind and caring. That no longer seems to be the case. They seem way too busy to care about their customers. Today I went in, and there was a dead animal in one of the handicapped parking spaces. I told the pharm tech and was told that they have called animal control, who won't pick it up. It is 101 degrees. The stench is sickening. What other business wouldn't take care of this themselves? I'm disgusted. read more

Called to check on a prescription being filled, after being on hold for 15 mins. A guy comes on and says it will be ready later in the day. When I told him I needed to add two more refills he said he didn't have time and to call back tomorrow. Since I was leaving town for work for three months I ask him what do you mean you don't have time, we're in the phone right now. He said " we're done here" and hung up the phone. I transferred my prescriptions across the street to Walgreens and will NEVER step foot in a CVS again. read more

I haven't gotten prescriptions here yet but I do shop here often for the deals! My favorite employee moved to Georgia I think but all but one current employees I have had super great experiences with! They help you find things you may need, are patient with me trying to figure out how to coupon, and are overall positive. I've been to other CVSes outside the state and by far "my" CVS people are the best!! read more

After reading company policy on manufacture coupon use i located a cvs pharmacy in victoria texas. Once I had shopped my items I was told i could only use 4 of my 10 coupons on my10 items. This is not company policy but this store manager's policy. I will not be shopping at this store again. If I was able to give them zero stars I would. read more

Cvs is the best pharmacy in any other city! The one in Victoria is despicable! The staff is EXTREMELY rude.. Except for Jeff. (Black man, very professional, but you know he is still judgmental). I've had to get Dr. Authorization several times and cvs made the process DAYS longer! I switch to wal greens across the street and I never wait more than 20 min for anything!! I would feel like I was entering a dark evil cloud when I walked into CVS. I felt embarrassed like I was talking to drug dealers when talking to the staff because of their demeanors. The only reason I stayed with them for as long as I did was because I thought they were cheaper. Finally I couldn't take it anymore, I'd rather pay the extra hundred a month! When I switched to wal greens, turns out I SAVED a hundred a month and I rarely EVER have to deal with crude attitudes any more!! Please, for your sake, do not buy your prescriptions from thug, drug dealing wannabes, who hate their careers! Go ANYWHERE else and you will be significantly more satisfied!!
