Other than that, if you're going to the muddy shores of the Mississippi, namely Tomlin Square Park, they've got your generic rain boots here. This was the most disorganized lackluster drive-thru experience I've ever had. It was just awful,…read moreand as a result, I will not be returning to this location ever again. My care provider sent over my prescription for this location to fill as I arrived, and after a lengthy weight, I was told I could either come inside and wait or just come back in an hour to an hour and a half and pick it up then. I chose to return to the drive-through an hour and a half later and when I did, I was told "well just go back in line so that we can get it ready for you." I literally drive around the building to get in line, and proceed to wait another hour in line in order to receive my medicine. When I was finally about to receive medicine, the pharmacist asked questions about it, and then proceeded to bring up information from three years ago, asking about how that would interact with this medication. I asked her what was the date on that information to it she said "I don't know. It doesn't say." She proceeded to tell me that Walgreens had created a profile of me, one that I did not consent to, so that they could "assist me better." I don't know how outdated information assist me better, in fact, it sounds kind of dangerous and a violation of my privacy. I noted that I really don't wanna have this conversation with a loudspeaker so that everyone could find out what medicine I was on and the conditions that I have. But hey, they're building a profile of me without my consent knowledge so why would they care to broadcast my private medical data to everybody? In the end I paid for my medication. I told them I will never return to this Walgreen's location. Honestly, after this experience, I may never fill a prescription at Walgreen's ever again.

I have not been to this Walgreens in a very long time. Particularly due to it's not close by my…read morehouse. But for some reason my doctor office called my prescription into this location. Well I believe some things are just meant to be. Yes they were super busy, yes the line was long. But I received excellent customer service. The young man that waited on me was named Reese. As I stood in line I watched how courteous he was not only to me when my turn but to each and every customer. Even the ones that were complaining he was very apologetic for the wait time. Great customer service means everything! When it was my turn he didn't have the answer to a question I asked him but he went and got the answer which a young lady named Ali helped him. She was very kind and nice as well. It was worth the drive and the wait to receive such great customer service. Reese and Ali thank you again for such a pleasant experience!! After much reflection, I believe I need to share my experience at this Walgreens. I did speak to…read morethe one of the store managers. When I asked the young lady at the register going out could I speak to a store manager she said she was. As I began to share my experience with her she call someone else to come up without telling me. I continued and then she said that someone else was coming. So I did speak to someone. Now my dilemma. I regis for a Covid vaccine online at that Walgreens. My appt was at 12:15. Got there the young lady ask my name and I guess was signing my me up. I told her I had an appt. Anyway it was taking too long and in the pharmacy area, workers were having conversations that had nothing to do with work. The young lady comes with vacc in hand to take me in and then said where is your paperwork? She just decided to ask me about paperwork when O had been waiting 25 mins. I asked her had she run my insurance and she said yes but all U needed was to sign one paper. All of a sudden this tall Dr., I assume came to the counter saying excuse me it takes time to get a vaccine in such a loud rude manner. He is definitely this Walgreens "bully". He continued on with no one "calling him out for his behavior . The employees only looked on to see him continue to be very disrespectful and belligerent. I mean as if I was supposed to tremble. No he was being ignorant. He even as the aggressor said I could leave. He is acting a fool and I should leave. Go figure? I did again share this with man I finally spoke to. This doctor , he called himself, should not be working with the public. There seems to be issues there that need to be addy. I suggested he definitely should not be working there. should have called the police on him for verbally abusing the elderly. I am 61 years old. He had no respect for even that. He is a bully and it is unfortunate Walgreens seems to be getting the worst of the crop nowadays. I definitely would not recommend this Walgreens. We definitely stopped doing deliveries though after about the 3rd time we had bags of stuff missing. The auto service department has been great me and my boyfriend have used them a couple of times no issues!
