Multiple times they have screwed up my prescriptions and they were prescriptions that were important. They filled in 90 days supply with 30 pills without explanation. Worse than that which was all corrected and fixed with a lot of pain and hold time in messages back and forth. Recently went there to obtain insulin syringe for my dog who doesn't have much long to live. They condescendingly gave me dirty looks made jokes about me behind the counter I could literally see the box from where I was standing that had the exact size that was needed and they came back and told me that they were all out. I certainly understand the overall 2 Star rating. Just drive through the drive through window, and you'll see signs everywhere about all of the items you can pick up right at the window I was diagnosed with Covid and needed a couple of simple non-prescription medical items. When I called, they said "oh we don't do that but you can order online and pick-up at the front of the store." I told her that I had Covid and would they do curbside. "Oh I'm sure they will" So before I cashed out my card, I called the front of the store to explain my situation and ask if they had curbside delivery " oh no, we don't do that". My response was that I had Covid and preferred not to come in the store. My 3 month prescription is always an ordeal. They never have it even though I've had it prescribed for over 3 years at this pharmacy. They order and it takes at least a week at minimum for them to get it. With that said, I just finished my 3 month supply of meds. On my last day I received a letter stating the meds I took were recalled. Too late, I took 3 months supply of bad meds. My blood work was all out of wack and I've had health repercussions. Meanwhile I picked up my new supply. They only had 1 month supply they could give me because they were shipped the recalled one mixed in. So I begged them to please put my order in, because on a good day with no recall it takes over a week and I only was given a 1 month on a 3 month prescription. I was told that's all I could get because I accepted the 1 month and I would have to wait until it was due again. I'm told the computer system doesn't allow them to put the order in. I must have an "idiot" sticker on my forehead if I looked like I could believe that line. Are you telling me they can't pre-order and have in stock my prescription? Nope, can not do! So, 2 weeks into the prescription I called and asked them to fill out my prescription to be proactive. I explained the recall and was afraid it would take longer than the 7-10 day wait. I said I would pick up when it's due, I just wanted it in stock. They said ok. Wheww, I finally got someone who would listen. WRONG. - I'm now down to 6 days and my phone app not showing it was ordered, nor is it giving me the option to reorder. I then drive to CVS, and wait in line just to talk to anyone behind the pharmacy. I asked about my prescription. They check and said that they threw out the prescription because it was recalled. I said yes, that was last month, so I'm not sure what supply she referred to, if it was the new one or not. She checked on the computer and put in my order on the spot, there wasn't any new orders in. I'm now down to 4 days supply, I know it takes longer than that to get it, and I am so stressed out because it still says it is unavailable. Had they just ordered when I asked, we wouldn't be playing this game. I'm tired of getting stressed out over this prescription. They are the closest CVS, We don't have any in my town. I guess I am going to have to switch to another CVS to see if it makes a difference. It's sad that as a society we have to tolerate people that can no longer do their jobs. In my day, if you slacked, you were canned. Now a days they can't get help, so hiring staff that can compromise your health is acceptable. My prescription is a liquid form, and is not common so for that reason alone they should be sure they have it pre ordered and I shouldn't have to swing on monkey bars or feel like I need circus music in the background whenever I go to the pharmacy. It's a circus, and I'm the clown that keeps going back. All I need is the 3 foot shoes, and a tear on my white pasty face and I will fit in with the gang. Today, I will begin again- drive down and see if they can find it anywhere and bring a hoop for them to jump through. Wishing myself luck! Visited this CVS/Pharmacy for a very quick visit on my way down Rt. 44. Struggled to pull into the parking lot, the business is located at a relatively busy corner in Taunton. Large shopping centers including Shaw's and Hannaford add to the traffic. Needed a few travel size toiletries that I had forgotten for my weekend trip. For some reasons these items are like looking for Waldo in a Where's Waldo photo. They are like every other item sold in the store, but never where you expect them to be. I searched around for a while to no avail, asked a sales associate to point me in the right direction, and even she couldn't tell me the correct aisle to locate my desired items. Finally, like seeing an oasis in the horizon, there they were. Paid for them and I was on my way. What an ordeal. On the upside, this CVS/Pharmacy has most of the "extra features" that a business in this chain can have. Open 24 hrs, Pharmacy both indoor and Drive-Thru, 1 Hr. Photo, and a Minute Clinic. Though I haven't used these extras, they are always good to keep in mind if ever the need presents itself. read more

The pharmacy was faxed a script and never contacted us that they didn't have the medicine (even after cvs gathers all that data from customers.....I mean you have to enter your phone number to get their sales, right?). Tried on 2 occasions to call the pharmacy. They don't answer calls. This delayed treatment 24 hours. Unacceptable. Don't use this store. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Not of the cvs store. I think the store and workers are Great this is only ABOUT THE PHARMACY! This is one of the closest pharmacies to my home and it is Horrible!! I am done with convenience! Every time I go especially at night I'm treated horrible the people are so Rude and non helpful! Past 3 days I have been trying to get prescriptions and I still cannot get them! Every time I explain what I need and that I called them in days ago they just say oh or nope don't have it! No explanation no help just rude faces and responses! Every month this happens to me and every one I know that goes to this location! I have been trying to be nice and think maybe they had a bad day but it is all of them and has been for years! If they don't like there jobs why work there! Why would you let them keep tormenting and screwing customers! There are many pharmacies that I've been to and the employees are great but this one is by far the absolute worse!!! Let's start with the parking. The parking lot isn't very wide which makes parking and maneuvering throughout quite difficult. I definitely recommend not parking in the front of the store; I opt to park on the side street entrance towards the back of the store and walk to the front just to make getting in and out easier. As you near the front of the store you'll notice a giant parking lot light that's been sitting in the mulch for quite some time. Not sure what their plans are for it but if you're not going to use it then get it out of there. This store needs a facelift; it's probably one of the worst looking CVS's I've seen. The front doors are broken and usually only one side opens, the carpets are stained and in rough shape and things like signage, shelving and the front counter need to be revamped. The staff is helpful enough though no one has ever gone out of their way for me and I've never encountered by any staff in the aisles to see if I needed help which I find to be a problem with CVS's in general. You'll have to find someone if you have a question. What keeps me coming back is the 24hr pharmacy. It's a huge convenience for someone with my schedule. However in my most recent trip they misfilled one of prescriptions with a dose that was 1.5x higher than prescribed. Stupidly, I let it slide and assumed my doctor had made a change because we discussed it during a recent appointment but decided against it and figured she changed her mind when it was called it in. I had been taking this increased dose for one and a half months and recently met with my doctor and mentioned it. She was furious and showed me the prescription receipt and explained that was the reason I've been having some weird side effects. Nothing major but things serious enough that have been affecting my day to day life. These people are certified pharmacists and pharmacy techs and as someone who works in a hospital, there's no way this should ever happen. read more

I've had nothing but unsatisfactory service from this place for quite some time now. Only reason I come here is because of how close to my home it is. Employees have attitude, always out of stock on certain prescriptions, on top of the fact they always take FOREVER to fill a script. It would be one thing if they were a little more accurate on how long it's going to take but they truly aren't."when do you want to pick it up?" ASAP I reply "ok about 30 minutes" come back 45 mins later "about 30 more minutes" come back 30 mins later "15 minutes" like come on guys! I went in with the early stages of my annual bronchitis. Typically I wait 3-4 weeks before I go to the doctor but as I am in training for a competition that takes place in two weeks, I wanted to try and kick it as soon as possible. The NP was awesome. She informed me right away that they could not provide antibiotics (which as she said later, wouldn't do anything anyways because it was viral) but said she could probably give me something to help ease the symptoms and allow my body to get good rest. She also recommended I still make a follow up with my PCP in case I wasn't seeing improvement within a few days. It's two days later and I am feeling 100% better. I have gotten two solid nights of sleep and am so grateful. Going to take two more days off then try to get back to training. I truly appreciate the NP's attentiveness and excellent recommendations. She truly seemed to listen and care about my situation, and even followed up with a phone call. Definitely recommend going here! Thank you so so much! read more

Great Store...I been shopping there for 23 years since i moved to Taunton. Love the 24 hr open and the employees are great..Always have a great experience there.The parking i never liked from the beginning but the customer service is the best. Pharmacy is always in stock, probably one of the more busy in the area. I wish they would move in the old shaw's plaza where ocean state is. They were there once, but they moved to the main drag because it was a busier location. The old shaws store would be perfect. read more
