I have gone to this store three times to drop off a return to Amazon. The first time the lady there was very kind. The last two times a second lady was not kind at all. She did not seem to want to take the package back and she "counseled" me that they had weight and size limits and only a certain amount of space to hold returns, even though the store is huge and the packages in the storage area could have been better arranged to hold twice what was there, with plenty of room for my packages with lots of room to spare. If only she cared enough to do that. She seemed to be one of those types of people who enjoy saying no, who enjoy making life harder for people. The nearest UPS store to me is more than 30 miles away. So not being able to drop my package at this CVS costs me a lot of time and money that I don't have. I asked for the manager the second time she did this and she told me she was the manager and even invited me to report her (I don't think she thought I would). Anyway I will probably never go to this store again and recommend that others avoid it as well, unless you like being mistreated. In my mind, either an entity is a drop off place for Amazon or it isn't. The entity should have enough space for a reasonable number of packages of reasonable size or it shouldn't be on the Amazon list. The last package I brought in was 35 pounds and was an inflatable kayak. In a store the size of this CVS, it should never have been an issue. Again, I think she is just a mean, power, control person and should be fired or at the very least trained to behave differently. I told her that she, nor the policy itself, is customer-service oriented. Finally I am not one of those people who complain about stuff. I've given many, many more positive reviews in my lifetime versus negative ones. I have to be pretty mad to write something like this. But I do get tired of people who use their power to abuse others. read more

Waited 54 minutes with 2 cars in front of me at the drive up. Rude tech at window. Never again! I will be having any and all of my prescriptions and my family's to another pharmacy. Follow up: decided to give them one last try. BIG mistake! Waited inline for 35 min when the car in front of me (car at the window) breaks down. After waiting 5 more minutes, I walked to the window and was told they couldn't do that since they did covid testing there as well. I have hip problems and had to go in and wait 10 more minutes before finally getting served! Rude people. Will never be back and will have all scripts transferred! Testing at the drop off is crazy due to the time it takes! Poor planning on this locations part. Do not recommend this location under any circumstances! read more

Friendly, patient & willingly helpful staff. I had prescription for my toddler son that needed to be picked up. Recently, we had flash floods strike the local area so my children and I went out of town for the week until amenities were restored from the damage caused by the unexpected flooding. Since we were out of town I was delayed in picking up my sons prescription. The same evening we returned home I arrived at CVS only 15 minutes before closing.... The staff politely informed me that the prescription had been sent back to the original prescriber due to it not being picked up in time. I thanked them but the lead pharmacist suggested she could try to fix it for me if I didn't mind waiting (something she totally didn't have to do) without me even asking her for help! I left CVS that night with his prescription bc of her going out of her way to help me. I WAS SO GRATEFUL!!! She saved me a ton of time and several phone calls to get things back in order for my son's prescription needs. We give these guys 5 stars for sure! read more

Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Perpetually long wait times, staff is unprofessional and unorganized, openly gossiping and eating at the counter. Use economy across the street instead :) read more

The prescription was called in on Sunday and I called the pharmacy to see if it was ready & was told they had to send the prescription back to the Dr because it was unclear and they were closing in 30 minutes. My dgt called on Monday & was told the prescription was ready - she went to pick it up and then was told they are waiting on the insurance to approve it. Why was she told it was ready, I don't know. I called 2 times today and was on hold for over 30 minutes each time. I called to speak to someone at the store to make the pharmacy was open and they weren't having phone problems and he said, "They have to take care of the customers in the store before they answer the phone." He said I can transfer you, it may make it a little quicker and here I am already on hold for 15 minutes again. This is ridiculous - I know there are enough workers to handle the customers in the store and to answer the phone. My grandson needs this medicine and it should have been started on Sunday when it was prescribed. This will be my last trip to CVS in Summerville. Terrible customer service. read more

Slowest service ever. The last thing you want after spending a couple hours at the doc is to spend another hour waiting for a prescription. Not even anything that had to be counted wth??? I would suggest having at least two hours to kill before going here. read more
