Prompt service and kind staff! Best CVS I've been to in years. Drive thru service was smooth too...

If I could give them -100 stars I would. Nobody should ever use this disgusting, immoral place. Since January, every 2 weeks I need a refill. Mind you I've used them for 5 years because small towns dont like giving people ANY options. Since January, every 2 weeks, I go minimum 3 to 4 days without my medication. Life saving medication that they do not care to keep in stock 100% of the time. I've escalated the calls, customer service, everything, and still get told I have to wait 4 extra days without my meds before they can get them. I even call days ahead of my refill so they know to order it. Nothing helps the small minded idiots they have running that pharmacy. If you have ANY options at all, leave this pharmacy or never go there to begin with. I can't imagine how many people they have literally killed by not giving them their medicine for days upon days. read more

Because of cost effectiveness, we used CVS for my daughter's prescriptions. After numerous times over the span of YEARS (my fault, I know) of receiving calls that her medication was ready, only to drive to the pharmacy to be told that it was NOT ready and would be another 30 min wait (that usually turned into +1 hour wait), I finally decided that cost effectiveness was no longer worth the time wasted. I am absolutely willing to pay upwards of 10% more just to not have to deal with the insanity of that place. Absolutely ridiculous. Poor time management, poor human resource management. I do not like this place. It is under staffed, always a line, no one is friendly, no smiles, the impression you get from employees they hate to work here. Run across the street to Walgreens!! read more

Not my pharmacy of choice. Customer Service needs work. Pharmacy staff could use a refresher in good customer service skills as well. Always have to wait extra long to pick up any prescriptions past the time promised. The selection of merchandise in the store leaves much to be desired. Rarely do I go in here unless I absolutely have to when I've exhausted all other options available. read more
