This is my 2nd bad review on this Circle K Location; it does not even deserve the 2 stars that I…read moregave. It is as simple as this: only 2 of like probably 12 employees, including the manager is this count are polite. 10 of 12 of the employees could care less about mataining polite, professional, friendly, quick customer service, ( basically 80 % bad and 20 % good to say it differently, not good odds at all.) Also, the store as a whole also continues to over charge for items that are listed with bright yellow and red signage all over the store as sale items. I have started avoiding this Circle K Location which is a shame bc their gas prices are very reasonable and it is good gas, seems to last longer than other Manchester gas station's gas...

It was an older white lady who ID'd me, she asked me for my Drivers License number, but I only knew the first three numbers since I move every 2-4 years. I'll simply never be back. I felt a weird vibe from that women. The Indian gentleman have always sold to me for the last 6 years. I'm over it now, but I was baffled to not be believed that my ID was me. I felt like an 18 year old again I'll just take it as a compliment. Changed this to 3 stars. Maybe she thought I was an undercover cop or something.

My son's been sick for weeks, and when we arrived, NP Kellie Marsh seemed as interested as a cat at a dog show. I explained his persistent cough, green-yellow phlegm, and a mysterious white postule on his throat, only to have her brush it off like it was nothing more than a bad hair day. When I asked her to check his ears (because apparently, you have to teach some folks basic doctoring skills), she admitted she couldn't even see clearly in his mouth. Then came the icing on this very bitter cake: the receptionist. Instead of helping update a sick note for a child who needs round-the-clock care, she decided to play medical bureaucrat--scrutinizing our paperwork like she was grading a pop quiz and outright refusing our request. It was like watching a pissing contest where the stakes were my child's health! We ended up having to endure a showdown with Kellie that sent our blood pressure soaring (and not in a good way!). It felt like the staff were more interested in arguing than actually caring. To add insult to injury, this isn't even the first time we've faced such unprofessional, dismissive behavior. A previous visit with DIANNE, NP--complete with a "Claritin is as useless as tits on a turtle" comment--left us feeling humiliated and ignored. In summary: if you're looking for compassionate care and common sense, steer clear of this urgent care. They seem to be running a competition for the worst bedside manner rather than actually treating patients. Save your time, your money, and most importantly--your health.

The provider I had seen that night was truly kind, very knowledgeable he did not rush me at all in any way took the time to hear me out.
