I can't say I've had a lot of moments in my life when I looked forward to picking up prescriptions but I genuinely do look forward to seeing the people who work here. They are all wonderful

This is the worst experience I've ever had at a pharmacy. The pharmacist is very rude. She…read moreinterrupts & will not allow me to talk. She would not fill 2 prescriptions because my other meds are filled through mail order. She said it was her choice who she wants to service. Yet she was willing to fill them at full price. When I asked that she not interrupt me she refused to do business with me. Then I went to another pharmacy to have them filled ,the previous pharmacy had already run them through my insurance & they couldn't fill the prescriptions. When I called the 1st pharmacy she argued with me before she had them released. She is very combative. Huge ordeal & terrible customer service. It caused me a great deal of anxiety & I will not go back to Hometown Pharmacy.

I'm pretty sure that is against ethical and probably the law. Their sister pharmacy took my insurance no problem. I'm going to talk to a lawyer. She doesn't need to be working in control of people's medicine. I don't know what her problem is but everybody agrees she has a attitude problem.

Well, I only went here to buy a cheap lock for my storage space..cost me $7 and I used the…read moreself-checkout line. There were only three lanes open so this seemed to be a wise choice. Not a big fan of Walmart and what they do to small towns and the Mom and Pop stores. Russellville has faded away because of this and the other strip malls.

Be weary of shopping here. Or should I say be cautious. I got ripped off of $10 dollars by a…read moredumb-f***** employee and both managers did nothing about it. I highly would not suggest anyone who deals with checks or debit/credit cards to come here at this particular wal-mart. You will get ripped off, you will be done dirty about it.
