His response was that they had some still in boxes. We waited for him to say more, instead he just looked at us in a very dismissive way. We asked him, "well, are you going to open one?" He flatly stated "No". We were surprised at his attitude. I can't quote exactly what he said afterward. It was something like he did not want to...it was too much trouble...something to that effect. I asked her why the sandwich was hot and she told me that all sandwiches in the shop are toasted unless I asked for it not to be toasted. She eventually offered to redo the sandwich which I was hesitant to agree to, but I did.
