It seems like if they're not out of something or if I need a refill I can't seem to get them all done on the same day so I have to make multiple trips every time. And they won't transfer my prescription to another Walgreens location when they are out of it. And if I don't pick up my prescription right away and they cancel it, that burns that prescription so I have to call my doctor again to get it refilled again, even though I could've picked it up a day ago, except these twits are closed for lunch during my lunch break and I work until 8 most days, so it's Saturday I'm off and went to pick it up. but because it was canceled, now I can't get it. This makes no sense and it's just one more hassle I have to go through. So sick of Walgreens, Doctors and prescriptions. The system blows, and their process blows. I'd say I'll never use them again, but what's my alternative and what a hassle the system makes it to transfer somewhere else. I'm going to try next time I see the doctor.

They are absolutely willing to do everything they can to help their customers, including matching your skin color to help find the perfect shade of foundation. Sure it feels a little awkward to sit in a makeup chair at Walgreens but it's totally worth it. I also really like the health clinic at this Walgreens store. It's easy to make an appointment online, and the woman I've seen by over the past year is THE BEST. She's super sweet, and she really knows her stuff. I highly recommend paying her a visit the next time you have the sniffles. So happy to have this store close to my house. I always have a great experience when I pop in!

The ONLY reason we keep our scripts here is because they are the closest 24-7 pharmacy near us and sometimes we have crazy hours and need to be able to pick up our prescriptions at all times. Honestly, they would benefit from a complete overhaul. Half their staff at the pharmacy here has no idea what they're doing. You can clearly tell there is a gap in training. if you do not need a 24 hour pharmacy I do not recommend this one at all.

At the same time another customer came in and had the same situation, the pharm tech took her to another register and expedited her prescription and rang it up on that register, so she did not have to wait in line again. The tech who helped me did not do the same thing. I sat there and sat there. The only way I knew my prescription was ready was a text message, which I don't always read immediately. The tech never came up to the counter to tell me my prescription was ready despite my having sat there a good amount of time. And I would have had to get back in line.
