I ordered two cheese pizzas and told the girl I would be down to pick them up I was right up the street. She told me it would be six minutes. I gave them 15 minutes because I know you can get backed up and slowed down and whatever else... By the time I got there it was 6:20pm . I waited approximately eight minutes for someone to finally talk to me because there are three kids working and none of them seem to pay attention. Told him my name and ask for the pizzas and they hadn't even put them in yet. Ask them what the holdup was and they said they don't even remember taking a pizza order. Are you kidding me? This is supposed to be a convenience store what is convenient about this??? Id think twice before ordering from Cumby's on night shift and only do it if you're standing right there don't do it over the phone because otherwise they're practically useless... Nothing worse than standing at a counter waiting to be served a pizza that you thought was done when you have three children chitchatting instead of doing their jobs
