It is. I grew up in co-ops and feed stores (the "feed store" is next door) and so I wanted to go in and wander around, maybe pick up a souvenir. The first thing I Noticed is it smelled nothing like I recalled - no wonderful leather tack smell. Maybe because so much is synthetic now. The second thing I noticed, in disappointment, was how expensive everything was. Like, really expensive. I thought, maybe I can get a child's lasso? $50 and the theme of lassoes nowadays, or at least here, seems to be glow-in-the-dark and bright colors for showtime (I guess?). The third thing I noticed was that even though I wandered the ENTIRE STORE, not a single employee said hello to me. What a disappointment in so many ways.

They'll try to substitute what you order, for something completely different & usually way more expensive. Substitute what most people would never pay the price they're asking for. So then you'll get way less product & it'll cost you way more than expected. Way overpriced anyways; compared to Walmart, Yokes, or Winco. I'll avoid all four locations here in the future.

You can always tell when a new person is there, just give them patience. Not the biggest selection, but they get new stuff in every now and then for short times. Only single person bathrooms though. The one time I had an issue they were really quick to respond. My card wasn't working at the pump, but they were knowledgeable and said that they sometimes (as in your bank) require a minimum balance. That made it really easy. Also, be kind about the mask thing. It isn't their fault. Don't be pathetic by complaining or being rude. That's a good way to get thrown out. They aren't your punching bag. Leave them alone and respectfully wear one. They have to wear one their whole shift, folks.
