The person I spoke to on the phone was very unhelpful and rude and sounded like she wanted to get me off the phone as quick as possible when I was looking for help. I was expecting to be prioritized as a customer trying to get help with a prescription but that was not the case. read more

if you want to have inconsistent communication and information, this is the place for you! they also have the weirdest "breaks" and lunch hours where the whole pharmacy shuts down but you can wander the rest of the store while you wait!(: whether your vet, doctor, or primary pharmacy calls them to update/inform anyone on your prescription, they won't remember and will end up sending you back and forth on the phone for hours a day until one kind soul FINALLY calls bs on their co-workers and overrides the issue. this wasn't just one experience. this is multiple friends and personal encounters. go anywhere else local. read more

Don't recommend using the walk up pharmacy for vaccines super rude and unhelpful didn't seem interested in helping

The Pharmacist at this location is mean. authoritative, and generally one of the worst, so-called professional people I've ever dealt with...she uses her ability she thinks she has to say...it doesn't matter to me if your prescriber says you need the script filled early - I was leaving the state for a college trip for my Son - I have the authority to not fill the script early. I tried to talk to her and say I need this med...if you can't fill early and we delay to leave in the morning can I get it first thing in the morning- she said very rudely, well it depends on where it is in the queue!!! I tried to ask another question and she again rudely said, you're not listening and I'm just repeating myself and walked away..WTH lady...my provider wants me to have the script a day early and you have more authority, than a medical Doctor who prescribes it, to say no, I won't fill it!! And she says it in a completely condescending, as I said mean way!! I transferred my scripts and am very happy with my new pharmacy, where the Pharmacist actually fills the script according to my Doctor's wishes! It's important to say the techs and other Pharmacy staff were always very nice and helpful! How they can be that way while working with (or under as she sees it) this Pharmacist I will never know. Don't get your scripts filled at this CVS, the Pharmacist has a warped opinion of how she is the ultimate authority!! She's really horrible!!!! read more

I was visiting Missoula when I ended up in urgent care with an eye infection. The urgent care doctor sent a prescription to Walgreens who didn't have the meds in stock. I called this CVS and spoke to the pharmacist. Not only did they have the meds in stock, but they called Walgreens for me and had my prescription transferred over to them so that they could fill it. I had my prescription in my hands in less than 30 minutes. The pharmacist was very kind and extremely helpful. I highly recommend them!! read more

Excellent service of having prescriptions being filled on time. They have everything but I miss their gigantic store where Fuel fitness is now because they had a lot of quirky things. It was almost like a funky Kmart. They lose a star because the entryway into their their parking lot on the south side is a death trap that needs to be widened. read more

This place was horrible on more than one occasion. After surgery they knew I was in tremendous pain and they told me they didn't carry the genetic brand of medication. Multiple pharmacists and employees really don't give care in the world or you. Nobody has ever asked if I need help carrying bags on crutches or anything for stuff I needed in the store. Rude employees, rude pharmacists, and just a horrible place to go. Just head to Walgreens or the cvs on reserve. read more

After my grandfather's heart attack they attempted to charges $196 for plavix after calling the hospital pharmacy we found out their price for the exact same drug was $18 for the same 90 day supply. After saying something to the pharmacist she was going to take the drugs back until her supervisor interfered saying that they could not even though the bottle was sealed. Finally after half an hour's worth of argument they refunded only part of the money. Needless to say it is very clear they do not care about there customers and are only looking to rob ill informed elders. read more

I had an issue with my medicine, when I got it the seal was broken. There is absolutely no reason for the seal to be broke......I get 60 and on the bottle it says "60 tablets". When I call and ask for a new bottle, the pharmacist tells me she didn't feel comfortable doing that and the only thing she could think of was an intern didn't know how many tablets were in the bottle..........Ummmm.......IT SAYS 60!!!! Laurie told me I could change pharmacys since I didn't trust them....she just told me their intern can't read...apparently!!!! It's different on dispensed meds that they actually have to count out....but in a bottle that the seal shouldn't be broken. I DONT KNOW WHY THE SEAL IS NOT INTACT!!!! Why would I put that in my body?? She also told me that they order it in "just" for me....well first, isn't that your job?? Second, you are NOT doing me a favor....I can go elsewhere that will do the same!!!!!! read more
