There are plenty of pharmacists and techs to promptly process prescriptions as they come in. On one occasion I had to drive a distance from an Immediate Care facility to pick up a prescription on a Saturday afternoon. While my husband was driving I called the pharmacy to make sure they had received the prescription and were filling it. I warned them that I would probably arrive five minutes before closing. No problem, the prescription had been received and was being filled as we spoke. I arrived right on time and the prescription was waiting for me. I also never post reviews because why waste the time. Then I also realized we no longer take the time telling people what a great job they are doing. We have been here four months and have had nothing but a very positive experience transferring, filling, and dealing with prescription issues. So much better service than I ever experienced in Indy. Yesterday I wanted to speak to the pharmacy to see if the approved medicine was in stock. I got stuck in the CVS phone tree nightmare. You can no longer speak directly to the pharmacy directly, you are supposed to leave a voicemail and they will contact you in a defined timeframe. I of course I didn't believe it, cursed at the phone and hung up. 1/2 hour later the phone rings and it is CVS stating that they had a call from this number and how could they help me. Now that is good customer service! They answered my question and filled my script within the hour. This is a top notch pharmacy! Thanks for making this transition easy. A big thanks to the pharmacy staff for all they do to ensure our prescriptions are filled and pickup is smooth!
