Hill City got it done, including a small change they suggested (from pens to vials), and then got approval from my doc. Kroger on Boonsboro (blechhh!!!) had utterly failed twice to get the pens or make any suggestion. CVS on Langhorne said the pens were on back order, and made no suggestion. Hill City to the rescue! When I asked about delivery , they charged only $5, and then sent it anyway as a courtesy because my FSA card won't pay for the extra service. I gave the driver an extra $15, which she said wasn't necessary. What excellent service and kind people! Brava one and all!!!

Their compounding expertise sets them apart from the competition. When my family or I had failed other therapies, they recommended a treatment that worked very well. Always a real value for what they do for me and my family, if you need pharmacist expertise, and from my experience most people do, then you should build a relationship with the Ettares and their staff at Timberlake Pharmacy.

When I came in to get the shots after talking to them on the phone 6+ times and told to come in and get them, I was then told that they had not even ordered them. I was getting 7 shots and malaria pills, and I had given them my shot record to make sure that I needed all those shots. When I came in, the lady commented on how heavy my credit card was in a very unprofessional manner, and she was very rude. I ended up telling them I did not want to use them, and I drove to Passport Health in Richmond. At Passport Health, they told me that I only needed 2 of the shots and the pills, and I would have been over given 5 shots if I had gone to Timberlake Family Pharmacy. I would definitely not recommend them for immunizations. They were not knowledgeable. It was worth driving to Richmond to go to Passport Health.

This CVS has one person servicing the drive through, and the customer service counter at the same time.. The wait time is around twenty minutes to a hour. The young lady is wonderful and does a great job. The pharmacist has two associates that assist her and they do a great job. The wait time to pick up a prescription is absolutely ridiculous.
