She was placed on hold for 41 minutes and 52 seconds before someone picked up and answered. She was on the phone with the staff for a whole 20 seconds to take her info to confirm her script. They only had 5 people scheduled on a Saturday, 1 pharmacist, 2 pharmacist helpers, 1 drive-thru, and 1 counter person. Knowing that the pharmacy closes early on Saturday and Sunday and it's going to be even busier on the weekend than during the weekday. They could've had more people on staff in intervals so that it was constantly flowing smoothly. During the week you'll see as many as 7 or 8 people back there working helping the Pharmacist and keeping the flow moving. Don't get me wrong. I understand they're busy but it is crazy to have to stay on hold for over 41 minutes. So if this store is so busy in the pharmacy, then put 2 pharmacists on duty to catch up. So I called Walgreens to speak to the manager and was told they weren't in but there was a lead associate that could talk to me, so I said ok. After a brief 4 minute hold, Rachel answered again and said that he was working the register and it might be a while before he can clear the line to answer the phone. Rachel also tried to convince me that they were extremely busy at 9:45 am with a line going around the building for the drive-thru and that they are backed up. This is a perfect example of why management needs to re-evaluate the scheduling so there is appropriate coverage at all times. This put's a lot of stress on the workers because customers are complaining that there isn't enough staff working. So I wonder if the manager ever worked the floor in a retail, or does he just walk around in his suit and tie and make big decisions on how to make it worse for everyone. I left North Florida Pharmacy because they closed much earlier than Walgreens. But at this rate, I might just go back to the North Florida pharmacy or go to CVS. At least North Florida's average wait time is less than 20 minutes if I walked in the door with a script.

Great staff and really super great pharmacists at this location. The staff and pharmacist are very…read morekind and professional. This is the busiest pharmacy I have ever seen and they work hard for their patients. Sometimes when you call you have a long wait but that is because they serve so many people but no matter how stressful it must be, they are always courteous and professional and kind

Place hasn't changed and never will. It's the managers..Worse than Walmart…read more. The workers here are terrible. Will walk right past you angry with attitudes and won't acknowledge you. They'll get frustrated if you bother them while they are stocking shelves. Very arrogant. I was even yelled at for asking where the hit sauce was. The food here is very old!!! Nasty stale french bread. Cold cuts tasted terrible and old. Winn Dixie is known for old good and the prices are outrageous! Some of the cashier's are ok though, but most will try to be condescending. Oh they have this idea that you're doing something wrong if you buy a gift card. The liquor store still had this snug rude skinny guy with glasses who pushed his world political opinions onto everyone, and even criticized and judges people by what liquor brand they buy. An older woman in there does the same. "I could tell what kind of a person he is by what liquor brand he buys" she said. The kid also claims Winn Dixie bases brands on demographics. As if judgemental people aren't enough in this city?

Beautiful store. It is clean and has a good selection of groceries. Even offered a few vegan…read moreproducts. Produce looks fresh. The checkout lines were short and moved along quickly. Using my phone number instead of a Winn-Dixie card is efficient. So a perfect place to shop? Well not really...... I saw a guy working on his car in the parking lot. On most visits the staff seem so angry it makes me want to avoid this location. Recently, I was listening to an employee speak very loudly about how unfairly things are and he was going to tell everyone that would listen including HR. He was surrounded by shoppers. The checkout staff while quick, are not very friendly. They just want the transaction completed and for you to leave. On another visit, I used the self serve checkout and standing there was an employee staring at me, with an intent look, as I placed groceries in the bag after scanning them. Did I do something wrong? She didn't offer a smile or any help. Maybe I shouldn't ask it might upset her. I said hello to a staff member in a name tag, dress shirt and a tie. His response......no response.....looked away. This store looks likes it wants to compete with Publix. The prices of groceries are certainly as expensive as Publix. However, this Winn-Dixie falls short of the friendly faces and helpful services that one should expect from Paying Higher prices. I think we will drive by this location and seek out the competition.
