Tonight I stood in line from 8:00 until 9:00 as the pharmacist ( by himself) filled one prescription, as about 10 of us were in line mind you I was number 4. I get to the counter and he is unable to fill mine. At first he was trying to file for Medicare part d which I don't have and when I corrected him he said he would have to call Blue cross. I asked when I could come back to pick it up. 1 hour I come back an hour and 20 minutes later and I am waiting as he now is on the phone with insurance. Some training my be helpful as would more more staff. Its a race to see if they can get me out by midnight. Pitiful read more

Plenty of room for improvement here. This is my 4th tome in the drive they today. First trip not ready. 2nd trip one med was 30 day supply not 90. No problem just come back. Nope. I don't normally write a review when i have had poor service but this was an exception. This is without equivocation, the worst experience i have had, with the possible exception of trying to obtain my driver's license from the DMV. I would give "no stars" if I could. Picked up written script from doctor's office and walked it into pharmacy. Lady at counter checked in my scripts and told me it would be about 20 minutes. Went back out to car so my 80 year old mother would not be alone. Waited 20 minutes and came back. Asked if scripts were ready and was told they did not have anything. They asked when they were called in because nothing was showing in their system. After searching, they located the written scripts in a pile with others that had yet to be entered in their system. Told me it would now be an hour until they could fill them. Went back to vehicle and brought my mother home so she would not be in pain and after dropping her off at home, turned around to go back to pharmacy. Showed up and asked for medicine and was told that 2 were on hold. No phone call or notice to me of any kind. I went to different counter to find out why they were on hold and was told that I was "good to go" and to walk back to first counter to pick up. Asked for my scripts and was again told nothing was showing up in their system. At this point, I got upset and told the two clerk's to communicate with each other so I could pick up the scripts instead of walking back and forth from the drop off counter to the consultation counter. I was told that scripts were not covered by insurance. Again, no phone call, message or notice of any kind. I told them that I didn't care just fill them. They told me it would be 20 minutes. Here I sit. Going into my third hour of trying to get 3 prescriptions filled. And the staff could care less about the inconvenience. They will definitely be getting a lump of coal from Santa this year! read more

Many CVS store pharmacies have stopped answering the phones including this one. EVERYTHING cannot be taken care of on the app which I am very capable of using, I have called this store for 4 days, at multiple and various times and gotten no answer. This store needs to hire more people in the pharmacy. It's very frustrating when customers are not taken care of atleast in 5 minutes or even greeted. There's a huge chance that the workers hate their job due to the lack of help they get. It's ridiculous. I'm switching pharmacies due to how slow they work. read more

I Don't normally do this cause I don't want to be a Karen. But the way I feel tonight is just terrible. I normally go couponing at cvs once a week. For the first time tonight my extra bucks did not print on my receipt. It said all my offers were reached so because I didn't see the extra bucks, I asked if I could do a return. The store shift manager on Friday December 15, 2023 at around 5pm said "you can't return it". Now I just purchased it at the self checkout, look at my receipt, went to the SM &worker and asked if could return it. Now he told me I could not return what I just purchased because I used coupons and extra bucks to pay. I literally used $10 in ECB & paid $40 out of pocket. He told me "you just earned over $50 in ECB. I said no I didn't . I walked out and I was so bothered because I knew I can return it. At that point I'm irritated, I walk back in with the items and I said YES I CAN RETURN IT, I'm allowed to return anything I purchase within the next 60 days. So he goes to the register and he starts going back and forth with me. He starts scanning stuff saying really wise ass comments then he starts accusing me " I know what your trying to do, your trying to keep the extra bucks" . He says "people do this all the time but I will not allow it at my store". I said what are you talking about, I just want my money. Find a way to take your extra bucks your talking about. He keeps saying "I know what your trying to do" and just accusing me of something I had no intention of doing. He told me "I'm gonna have to return your items & your going to have to repurchase it with the extra bucks you earned but I'm going to keep the items here in the store". So I run my mouth then I end up saying ok just do it. By this time he had already started my return and then he would stop it and restart all over 2 times. As he's about to finish, he says "I know what your going to do. Your going to make me do the return and walk out the store right after" . I literally said wtf I just said okay to what you want to do. He then said "I have the right to refuse service" and gave me back my items and didn't complete my return. AT THIS POINT, I have my baby in my arms, the other worker took my buggy, I'm mad and I'm stressed. That shift manager handled this situation very poorly and he should know not everyone has bad intentions. I'm learning how to coupon & sometimes when the deal doesn't work the way I want it to and I return items. I don't care about the extra bucks, I wanted to return my items to get my cash in my pocket. People never know what others are going through. I felt as if this worker treated me as if I was stealing or something. What kind of service is that? He told me respect goes both ways but it's kind of hard when I'm being accused of something I had no intention of doing. Others may do it but not me. The fact that he told me I could not return is why I want to return my items. If you work in customer service and you hate your job please quit. Someone else can do your job much better. Expect to wait an hour or longer when picking up medicine. Pickup line is always long and the pharmacy is always slow!

The Pharmacy at this location is the worst I have ever filled prescriptions at. It is very convenient for me because it's the closest to our apartment and the fact that it is 24 hours. However the last three times I have tried to use them there is always an issue. There is a fat white woman who works the counter and I've heard her be ugly to an elderly man in front of me just to have her talk about him to another employee as he walked away while i waited at the counter. The last straw was her having an attitude with my mother who was there to pick up prescriptions for my little girl. She entered my daughter's birthday wrong in the system more than once and blamed it on my mom when she was trying to give them my insurance card that i sent her with. Today my girlfriends birth control still wasn't ready six hours after they said it would be! Stay away from this place. read more

I use CVS on Verot and Ambassador because it is very convenient for me but the service ffom the pharmacy technicians most of them really sUck there is this really short one she is so RUDE she does not care how sHe talks to customers. She talks about the customers to the other workers with the customers still in the store standing there. Her customer service is realLy bad. They should fire her and a couple of others. Get some people that carre about how they talk to people. Remember you as worker should not argue with the customers. read more

The self checkout at this location is usually the only option. There are usually no employees anywhere when you are trying to check out. One day I had trouble at the self checkout and a lady came from somewhere in the store to help. She was obviously frustrated and had no patience or time for me and the self checkout machine. I am so tired of unprofessional employees at this location the last two months. If I could give them a -10 stars rather than +1 star I would. Before that I had nothing but glowing reviews for them. Just got hung up on because they somehow lost my prescription. I received emails from them asking if I wanted to refill it or wait until a later date. I chose to fill it at a later date. When I called to have it refilled they supposedly had never received it. It was under my prescriptions on my app and during the call it was deleted. Unfortunately for them I still had my text messages and they couldn't delete. When I called the employee out about it I was hung up on. I spend roughly $1,000 a month on medication and they are losing my business as of today. I refuse to be treated in an unprofessional manner ever again. read more

This is probably the worst pharmacy in the Lafayette area!!! The service here is AWFUL!!!! The in store staff is very friendly but the pharmacy staff is like a group of chickens with their head cut off!!!! I will definitely be transferring my prescriptions! read more

1 pharmacist and 1 technician for both car line and floor when I went to pick up my prescription. There were several cars in the drive thru and a line inside. The technician over charged me because she said that they are not required to ask for insurance even though my insurance information is in the computer. She had to refund me the money and correctly apply my insurance discount, but only after I complained. My prescription was sent in by the doctor in the morning, but wasn't filled until 9 pm. I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. read more

I used this store for years, and they were awesome. I do not know what happened, but they are now very disappointing. For the past 6 months, it's a 50 50 shot your prescription will be ready. Then you have to wait, stand in line again. They tell you they are backlogged. I can understand that happening once in a while, but lately, it's been the norm. read more

I don't normally do reviews but this got under my skin. I recently went to the doctor and she had escribed a dosage change on a medication I was taking at that time. An hour later I got a text that my medication was ready. After picking it up the next day not looking in bag when I got home and looked in the bag I then realized I was given the old dosage and not the new dosage no big deal because I live close to the pharmacy. Well when I got there the pharmacist told me that both dosages were in the computer and it was my doctors fault. Being in the medical field I know you always go with the latest order or at least check with the practitioner If which dose to dispense. The pharmacist was not having it said they couldn't return a medication once it leaves the counter and I would have to pay again for the right dosage. Not having it I asked for the manager when the pharmacist said it was her. After telling her I wasn't paying again and I didn't want the incorrect dosage she finally said just take it {the right dosage} read more
