I get all of my prescriptions from CVS. They usually have my prescription ready the same day that they a called in, and pick up almost never takes very long. The pharmacy staff is very friendly and always available to answer questions. I would definitely recommend cvs pharmacy for anyone needing prescriptions filled. read more

My wife and I have used CVS for years, so when we moved to Huntsville we had our prescriptions transferred to the location on 11th street. We've used them for ten months now hoping things would improve, but I think its time to move on. The pharmacy has ongoing issues with insurance. Sometimes a medication is covered, sometimes its not. We get notified that our prescription is ready for pickup, then we are told at the window it will be another 20 minutes. I received an initial shingles vaccination and was told to come back in a certain time for the second shot. When I showed up, they said it was too soon and told me to come back in another month. Things like this happen on a regular basis. We are in the process of filing a complaint with corporate over a prescription my wife depends on being withheld. We've had no problems with the retail store. We even use the Redbox outside the entrance. We're just not comfortable trusting them with our prescriptions anymore. read more

this short red haired plump round women yelled at me and my friends for buying condoms and a sex toy and told us to "wrap it up " like we were children . this made me and my friends super uncomfortable as we were never rude and just trying to buy products . super unprofessional. read more

I have been an avid consumer at CVS for over 10 years. The customer service has always been superb, and its much quicker to run into CVS to get the things few things I need rather than waiting in long lines at the grocery stores. Unfortunately, today 11/10/19 was by far the worst experience I have ever had while shopping at CVS. I visited the CVS located at 1569 11th street Huntsville, TX 77340 to pick up a few items that I needed. I was ready to check out when I walked to the front store registers and noticed there was no cashier. I rang the bell twice because the first time sounded a little weak and I was unsure if the employees would hear it. As the CVS employee walked to the counter, she expressed in an extremely rude tone she heard the first ring and I did not have to ring it twice. I told her I wasn't sure if the first ring was loud enough, so I rang it again. I apologized to her for ringing it twice because it was not my intent to rush the employee but rather ensure that someone could hear it. The employee stated again in a rude and condescending tone that she wasn't deaf, and they could hear the ring throughout the store. She continued being rude and making disparaging comments. I asked her for another employee to check me out since she was being rude. The employee then stated she doesn't have to check me out because she can refuse service. She then took my items and placed them under the counter and refused services to me. I asked her for her name and refused to give me her name. I proceeded to walk to the pharmacy to ask for the name of the store manager and if they could call the manager to the front store. Connie (shift supervisor) walked to the front counter and I explained everything to her what happened, and I asked for the employee's name. As I'm speaking with Connie, Madison (the employee that refused services to me) walked up to me and told me in another rude and aggravated tone that I needed to learn to read because the sign says ring once. She continued to demean and disrespect me in the presence of her supervisor. Connie said nothing to her in reference to her tone or behavior. I asked Madison to leave because she was no longer needed due to the manager on duty helping me at that time. Madison then told me that I shopped at CVS and use coupons because I cannot afford to pay for the items. Again, Connie said nothing to Madison and let her carry on with her demeaning tone. I then told Connie this is the exact attitude and behavior Madison displayed to me from the beginning of our encounters. I was in total shock that I was disrespected and demeaned by an employee at CVS let alone any other store that I have shopped at. There's no reason for Madison's lack of professionalism that was displayed today. According to your values, caring and accountability which are stated on your company's website were not displayed during this encounter. I was not treated with respect nor compassion. Neither did the manager on duty take accountability for her employee's actions. I appreciate your prompt response in this important matter at hand. read more

I dropped off my prescription and was told it would take 45 minutes for them to get it ready. I came back an hour later to give them a little extra time, waited in a very long line, and when I finally got to the window I was told it was going to be another 30 minutes before it would be ready. Soooo now I'm sitting in the CVS parking lot for the next 30 minutes. If you're picking pharmacy, don't pick this one. read more

This is by far the absolute WORST pharmacy i have ever been to. They rarely have the medications I normally need and come to find out, they straight up lie that they dont have a product. Asked them to call the other CVS and they claimed they did. When we talked to the other CVS, they said the first one never even typed in the prescription. Went here 11/4 about 7:55 pm tried to buy about $12.00 worth of merchandise. There was someone in the back, at the pharmacy, but I couldn't find anyone in the store to check me out. After waiting a while I left the stuff on the counter and went across the street to the Wallgreens! They had people there, right at the registers to check people out and everything. I should have realized when the CVS parking lot was empty and the Wallgreens lot was full DUH! read more
