We've used them for ten months now hoping things would improve, but I think its time to move on. The pharmacy has ongoing issues with insurance. Sometimes a medication is covered, sometimes its not. We get notified that our prescription is ready for pickup, then we are told at the window it will be another 20 minutes. I received an initial shingles vaccination and was told to come back in a certain time for the second shot. When I showed up, they said it was too soon and told me to come back in another month. Things like this happen on a regular basis. We are in the process of filing a complaint with corporate over a prescription my wife depends on being withheld. We've had no problems with the retail store. We even use the Redbox outside the entrance. We're just not comfortable trusting them with our prescriptions anymore.

Found out today that its because I have 3 separate accounts that have been made. Bianca was amazing and so calm! She called my other cvs and worked with them to figure out what happened and did if with a smile! I want to say thank Bianca! She worked to get my accounts merged, signed me up for rewards, and even gave me a 90 day supply instead of a 30 so I wouldn't have to do this again the next month in case they couldn't be merged.

Supreme people watching? Check, check, check. Wal-Mart, of course, is busy no matter where you are. I think that this one may even be a tad busier, due to the fact that Huntsville is a college town and there are not a lot of shopping options unless you drive to Conroe or Bryan. This Wal-Mart isn't super clean, but it isn't the worst I have ever seen, either. We do try to only step foot in here if we need something very cheap or cannot find it anywhere else. This place is kind of our last resort, but for last resort options, it isn't horrible.
