Time to update, because CVS decided to update. I can't be the only one annoyed with the new "self check-in" computer at the pharmacy desk. That does absolutely nothing to improve wait/pick up time. Because there is always a line- but explain exactly how this self check-in, is any faster or more efficient?????... - Staff punching in your information, and you are standing at the counter- old way -You punching in your information, and standing at the counter-new way ...and the line behind you grows- and no one else can punch in information, until the check out at the counter-is complete, because your information is readable and it tells you to wait. Sigh. It should be: You punch in your information, then once accepted- it clears out the screen (your information has been accepted and no one else can see it) and the next person in line can do the same. Because have provided necessary info, the system is cleared, and you just wait to be called. Info in, cleared, wait, called, pick up, pay, go. Repeat. But no. There is still a long line, you have to wait for the person who punched in their information, now waiting at the counter to receive their scripts. It makes no sense and is an added step of nonsense, since the staff still needs to walk up, look at your script, walk around to the bins, collect said scripts and then come ring it up. Pharmacy staff is still great and always helpful, so absolutely no complaints at all-- but CVS really needs to rethink this computer check in process- You listening CVS?? read more

This CVS used to be the best. Former pharmacist Irene was super, terrific & ran it it like a well oiled machine. As well as her kindness & efficiency she was a pleasure. NOW it's become the most awful Pharmacy I ever dealt with! If you go hold good luck getting someone to pick up your call. They have no courtesy & calling you with an update does not exist. Instead I had to call for days to find out a medication that was promised to come in never did. CVS put me through the worst anxiety & frustration. I'm switching ASAP. read more

Literally the worst pharmacy I ever had to deal with. They take no ownership of their errors, argue with you about prescriptions, don't fill prescriptions on time, refuse to actually look at your file, and hang up on you. There are, of course, employees that are fine, but there are quite a few that are rude and clearly don't care, which is detrimental to their customers who may need medication in order to function in their daily lives and, oh I don't know, actually live? I fully intend on changing pharmacies. A pharmacy shouldn't mess with people's health. read more

The people who work inside the store are great; minus the logic of the pharmacist. I understand the drive thru pharmacy can take some time. Not the issue. I waited at least 25 minutes to realize everyone in front of me was taking a covid test. When they returned their test they put it inside the drawer the pharmacist uses to give you things or for you to give them things. Rather than putting the test in a drop box to respect others safety the test is being put in the same spot where the pharmacist are giving you your prescriptions. BUT opening the window to talk... The person in front of me put the test inside the drawer without realizing it wasn't completely closed, touched the test and the drawer to properly close it. I was very disappointed to see the test be given back to the pharmacist through the drawer and for the pharmacist to never think of sanitizing it after every person who got a test done and retuned it through there.It didn't make sense to me why cvs thinks this process is ok or safe because it's not. So I thought maybe this person won't give me my prescription through the drawer since I wasn't there for a covid test. I pull up just for the prescription to be given to me through the same drawer the person testing for covid just put their test in and touched. So unsanitary and for a "pharmacy" I would think they knew better and would avoid a process like this. The best part is then the pharmacist opened the window to talk to me have me sign something and directly hand me a recipe... if they can do that why not hand me my prescription rather than rubbing it into germs or exposing me to potential covid. Wasn't happy and think a pharmacy should do a lot better. I will never go through the drive thru but also will not be using this specific cvs due to this and other reasons in the past. read more

Decent chain drug store. Every time I've walked in the cashier acknowledges me with a hello. Customer service seems to be top notch, a refreshing change. I don't do much 'shopping' here, mostly the pharmacy. Like it more than the other 'bog name' drugstore in the area. read more

I just left this store and my only regret is that I didn't get the cashiers name. She was amazing! She took the time to correct my information so I can get credit on my CVS card. You don't find that these days and I very much appreciate it read more

You'd think the staff would be on its toes, since this new CVS is a stone's throw from a very popular Walgreen's. But alas, today right before closing I ran in to purchase some vitamins--there was a sale, buy one/get one free. Since the place just opened, I didn't yet have a buyer's card which I COULD HAVE SIGNED UP FOR ON THE SPOT. Instead, the droopy-eyed clerk muttered "You can't get the price without the card," and just stared at me. Am I wrong, or is that usually followed by "We'll just sign you up right now!" and the presentation of a cute little keycard? I know it was 1/2 hour till closing (the place was empty), and I know it would have taken wee bit of extra effort on the clerk's part, but my first foray into the store is also my last. I'll be glad to drive past on my way to my FRIENDLY, well-stocked and accommodating Walgreen's. read more

Excellent customer service. Pharmacist went the extra mile. Wish it was closer to home, much better than my local CVS location.

I love my new CVS. I find them to be very helpful and I looooove their coupons and cash back. I also love their app!

i use the pharmacy pretty often they are happy and personable. very timely and efficient i think that this is a great pharmacy.
