He always has the same soggy face. He takes the initiative to ask everyone else if they have a rewards card but never seems to come and ask me if I have one. I bought at least 20 items and the cashier didn't even offer me a bag so I asked for one. Then he didn't even have the decency to pack the bag. Meanwhile, the line was extreme long today and other customers were waiting. This Wawa has the worst customer service on the universe and I will never be returning. I was buying scratch off…read morelottery tickets in the lottery machine and had selected the $20 crossword ticket but the ticket dispensed was not the ticket advertised.   I immediately notified one of the workers and she lead me to the manager.  I explained to the manager the situation and she told me to just buy another ticket.  I explained to her that the machine had dispensed a different ticket then what was displayed and that is false advertising and against the law.  She told me that I had to take it up with the NJ State lottery since it is their machine.  Now I know that's not true because, in the past, when the money was stuck in the machine the employee had the keys.  This woman was just very rude, lazy and just didn't want to do anything. I asked her for her name but she refused to tell me her name, now I know why.   I asked her to exchange the ticket with the one I originally wanted to buy and she wouldn't at first and told me to leave.  I stood my ground.  She eventually ripped the ticket out of my hand with such attitude and exchanged it for me.   I will NEVER frequent another 7-11 store again.  You have rude, lazy, obnoxious people representing your brand.  You should also educate your employees about false advertising and mannerism.

You can find what you're looking for here at a premium of course like other convenience stores. But at the same time I can't say there's anything special about this location to get a high rating. I would probably give this 7-Eleven a four star rating however many of the hot food options at the service counter such as the pizza, mozzarella sticks and chicken wings just aren't good and are not recommended. The hot dogs on the other hand are pretty good. Some of the cold items like fresh breakfast sandwiches or packaged burritos that you heat up in the microwave are actually pretty good. I have gotten egg, sausage and cheese on a bagel and heated it up in the microwave oven many times and I have always been pleased with the quality. The parking lot is usually sufficient but if they run out of spots you can park in the Burger King right next door and walk over.
