Two weeks roll by and I haven't heard anything, so I call the pharmacy to ask about it. Lady on the other end says she doesn't know when it will be available again and this b*tch just hangs up. A week later (yesterday) I call again and some guy answers and says while the prescription expired, they would try and fill it and that I'd be notified of there were any issues. About an hour passes and I go to the store and the lady behind the counter tells me they are filling it right now and will expedite it, so I sit at the pharmacy for another fifteen minutes when I hear my name called. I go to the counter, and the lady there stops and shouts back about something on her screen came up in red. I'm then told the prescription expired and I can't have it. Why the hell did you fill it then!? On my way out, comparing this process to pulling teeth, I hear someone basically say "it's the state," no, it's not the state that didn't let you send me a text letting me know it's getting filled, expired, etc. If I didn't say anything, that text about the script needing to be ordered would have just sat there and been the end of that. I've also been going to the CVS in Abington and was told my script ended up there. When I called them, they said it was still in Rockland and that the pharmacy can push a script's time out of they weren't able to fill it. Today, I call this store, one last time about getting this script filled, as there was one on file that said not to fill until 7/31. Seeing as how they let my previous one go to waste, I was hoping they'd fill that one early. The girl who answered said she doesn't see it on file. I'm clearly frustrated about this, so I let out a sigh, and say "okay-" I didn't even get to ask my next question when this f!@*ing b*tch hangs up on me! This place has completely ruined my experience with CVS and going forward I'm going to a different pharmacy. I'm done.

    Well, for the last few months that I have been going to walgreens, this one and one other the…read morecashiers have been nothing but very unpleasant. They act like they don't want to be there and show their attitudes towards the customers. I've gotten alot of huffing and puffing from the staff. And last time I ended up going was on 1/6/2023. When I went to check to see if my prescription information went through ok from my doctor. I got there about a half hour after my appointment about 1030ish and I waited in line a few minutes and then the pharmacist looked at me and just said yes. And I asked her if my prescription information came through fine( had a small mix up in the past so making sure) and she didn't even look for it but just said yes and said immediately that it's not ready yet ( in a way where she is thinking why are you here now) so I just said ok hiw long would you say? And she said maybe a couple of hours. ( was 1030 as I stated) so I said that is fine and asked if I'll get a notification when it's ready, and she said yes. And then she looked over at the next customer as if she wants me to leave. So I went on my way and I waited at home and it got to be 4 hours later and still haven't heard anything yet so I called and got an automated message saying that it's being worked on but having issues with insurance. So I droblve back down just to see what I could do and what they needed for my insurance information ( I didn't give them my updated one yet) so I figured maybe that's the case. ( I would have earlier but I felt rushed and that the pharmacist in the morning didn't want to deal with me) I've been nothing but nice to them. Anyways when I went back there was another pharmacist there and she just looked up at me and said " yes" but in a mediocre tone. And I asked her about my prescription and told her my name on it and she said there is " nothing there for me" and I said confused but I was patient and I said that that's strange the pharmacist in the morning said ut was and I told her I called and the automated message said that it's being worked on and about my insurance. And she said frustrated she doesn't see anything and she immediately turned her computer screen at me. And she said she will get the other pharmacist a guy there so he came over and immediately and rudely said there is nothing there for me. So I calmly said ok ill message my doctor to see if he can resend it and while I tried doing that he yelled in a rude tone hold ok I don't think it's here but I'll check and then kept mumbling something at me as if I was a nuisance just by being there and I just didn't respond to that and was quietly trying to message me doctor and then the pharmacist came back with a bunch of papers in the air and yelled at me " SEE NOTHING HERE!!" So I just said ok and quietly went on mybway but he all of a sudden called out to me and said is it under another name? And I said it shouldn't be but the only other name which I don't use with my doctors is my married name and he said it was under that( why didn't they ask me for my address/ phone number/ birth date in place of it is beyond me) would have saved alot if aggravation. So after all that he said that they don't take the insurance. And that was before I told him my current and when I told them my updated one ge said they " don't take it" and to ' go to another pharmacy " and I know for a face they do too take it because I know a fee others who have my exact insurance who gets theirs there) so I just said ok and had it sent to a MUCH BETTER pharmacy where I get treated with respect. So walgreens is out the window for me for ANY of my future needs. I can't trust them one bit
