I've been using Walgrinch for a couple of years now and I've finally decided to transfer my…read moreprescriptions elsewhere. I have one medication that they never have in stock and that takes several days for them to acquire. The most recent refill of this medication was as normal...out of stock. Of course, the other prescriptions are available and they keep hounding me with text messages to come pick them up. I live in a rural area and a trip to Walgrinch is a 50 mile round trip for me. I'm not driving that far only to have to repeat the trip again in 3-4 days. What really hit me this time was a "slight" (much sarcasm intended) price increase. From less than $15.00....up to over $140.00. My wife and I can't afford this, it is highway robbery!!! I checked other pharmacies and they were nowhere near this expensive. Also of note is that it seems like you're at the scene of a fatal automobile wreck or something. Nobody greets you. Nobody smiles. I worked in retail for several decades and Walgreens apparently doesn't care too much about their customers...you're definitely just a prescription number to them. There's been rumors over the last few years that Walgreens was going out of business. They've shut down several stores during that time. With their current customer service I'm beginning to think the rumors may well come true. I gave it a 1-star rating because my review would not post unless it had at least one start. Save yourself the hassle of having to transfer your prescriptions elsewhere and start out with a good pharmacy, not Walgrinch. Best wishes.

But the bathrooms are DISGUSTING. Toilet paper all over the floor.. my stall wouldn't even lock. I had to pull way up on it to get it to barely even lock. I have lots of anxiety and that triggered it. He toilet paper was almost out. The toys are a mess and scattered about. But other than that it's great. If your looking for a fast and quick place to get your in and out on time.. I recommend. If ur there to use the bathroom.. stay away. ITY T TOO T.

They were very sweet and made me feel welcomed. If you live in the area, I would definitely recommend refilling your medicines (or getting vaccinated) at this location. 5 stars!

This store is has been going downhill for a while now and seems to be increasing it's downward…read moreslide. Went by yesterday to get some groceries and needed to use the restroom. The stalls in the front of the store were simply gross...water standing around the commodes, wet paper hanging over the seat edges, unflushed (clogged?) toilets, toilet paper strewn across the floor. I then went to the bathrooms in the back of the store which are usually better and they were just as bad...more clogged toilets and nastiness. The bad thing is that while I was in the bathroom in the front of the store there was an employee drying his hands...makes me wonder if he didn't mess the toilet up with the wet toilet paper draped over it. Okay, so I got the nasty toilet part covered. Another thing is the "pick-up shoppers" and "stockers"...if you didn't watch out they'd run over you...they literally didn't care. It's more like employees at the Greenville store just want to get time on the clock and get a check...no incentive, no customer service, rude, etc.,. I can't say that it's all the employees' fault...management is responsible for the employees attitudes and customer relations. I would say that management at the Greenville store has failed miserably. Anyhow, the next thing was at check out. Btw. there were several things that were out of stock. Anyhow, at the self checkout one of the "guards" that gives the customers doing *their* work the evil eye came up and looked into my cart and walked away and started talking with another "guard" and a cashier. I had a case of beer and, of course, when I scanned it the stopped further scanning and turned the yellow light on about the terminal. I stopped and waited for one of the "guards" to come and swipe their card or whatever. Nobody came. The closest guard was only about 10-15 feet away from me talking to the others. Nobody came. I finally said loudly "MAM!!!!"...and pointed to the yellow light. One of the guards walked over and started typing in stuff on the terminal...seemed like it took longer than usual and a lot more keystrokes. Not saying anything nefarious was going on, but it did make me a tad suspicious. Anyhow, we finally got checked out and left the building. None of the Walmart employees ever acknowledged our presence with a simple "Hi!" or anything...it was like we didn't even exist to them. This is a strong reflection of management. And I say this from a point of running a operating a wholesale/retail business for over fifty years. We're from out of town so have to drive 20+ miles to get to the Greenville store. We've about decided to quit driving to Greenville for *anything*. Other towns actually have more to offer...more restaurants, more shops and businesses, etc.,. As for Walmart, the stores in the other towns we go to have, in the past, been much better than the Greenville store...stocked shelves, courteous employees, clean restrooms, etc.,. It's almost like Greenville is turning into a third-world city...and the Walmart there is leading the way.

The staff at Pharmacare called me within 48 hours of my referral, and I had my prescription in hand 2 days later. (Refills have been received at my home within 2 days of call-in.) The staff is always extremely helpful and friendly when I speak with them, and if they are unable to answer a question, I have always received a call with the answer within an hour. I can't review price for any drugs not covered by insurance, but I can say that the shipping cost to have the medication delivered to me is reasonable. Obviously, for most of my needs, I'll continue to deal with my local pharmacy (where I have zero co-pay through my insurance), but I'm thankful that Pharmacare is able to provide me with wonderful service and value for a medication my local pharmacy cannot provide.

Byrd Drug is a very cute pharmacy/food counter. It has a lot of antique toys and pharmacy…read morememorabilia that's fun to look at while whatever you order is heated. The biscuits are good but greasy. Nothing really stands out about them but they are good enough that you'll want to go back for more. There's different sandwiches but the locals rave about breakfast but they seemed to be like every other southern corner store.
