    I have been using this pharmacy since Target opened in 2001…read more The pharmacists are nice and always go over everything with me for new medications and answer any questions I may have.  I've gone in to pick up post-surgery meds and then when I come back the next week for a regular RX refill the employees ask how I'm feeling and genuinely seem to care.  They always ask me for my phone number for the CVS rewards, which I know they don't have to do so I really appreciate it since I usually forget.  When there are issues getting a medication covered by insurance they reach out to my doctor for help.  One time an associate went online and looked up a payment assistance program for me, saving me $600/month on a medication that my insurance wouldn't cover.  When I call they answer within the first few rings or if I opt to leave a voicemail I always get a call back within the next business day, if not the same day.

Amanda that main pharmacist is fantastic, however Laquitta (not sure on spelling) is so rude and lazy. Went here to get Sudafed but walked out when I found out we were waiting in a line with no one behind the counter because she was yapping to the optical department rather than working. After she looks out sees the line she quietly says "sorry". I'm sorry but you lost a sale. Don't know if I will be back to this pharmacy anymore as this wasn't the first time I had an issue with Laquitta.

    The pharmacy tech was extremely rude. I had an appointment at…read more4pm for a flu shot but I happened to be there at 2pm as I needed to get a card purchased and in the mail. While I was a there I asked if there was a chance I could get my shot. The tech said no, that they needed a half hour to get things out together after their lunch break. So I left. I then arrived at 4pm and was told that I didn't sign up for that location. As I had already deleted my confirmation from my phone I could not confirm what he was saying. I asked if he could cancel the other location and give me the shot. He said it would take too long and I should go to the other location. This guy was a total jerk and said sarcastically, "have a good day". (this was the Allouez location on Webster Avenue)

Much like an old neighborhood drug store they have just enough everyday household items that they often save me unnecessary trips to the big box store to find a new padlock or a new fragrance free downy that is friendly to sensitive "fussy" skin types like myself, for example! I also appreciate that their app sends timely notifications alerting me to some new deals as I pull into the parking lot. Makes me comfortable that they take data privacy seriously in that they use the location access responsibly and to help me maximize the value while I'm shopping their store. Now if only my headphones sunglasses and phone wouldn't constantly want to jump out if my hands and roll behind the registers, this could easily hit all stars! ;)

I've worked under different types of management before, but Jason stands out for all the wrong reasons. His behavior toward employees is rude, degrading, and completely unprofessional. Jason is the definition of a micromanager. He constantly hovers over employees, second-guesses everything, and never trusts anyone to do their job. Instead of encouraging teamwork, he creates an atmosphere of fear and stress. He talks to people like they're beneath him, raising his voice or being sarcastic in front of both staff and customers. It's humiliating and unnecessary. What's worse is that Jason will lie or twist stories to make himself look good to upper management. If there's an issue, he immediately looks for someone to blame -- even when the problem comes from his own poor decisions. He's known for throwing employees under the bus just to protect his image. That kind of leadership kills morale and makes people dread coming to work. Many of us genuinely cared about doing a good job and helping customers, but Jason made it impossible. He plays favorites, pits employees against one another, and treats long-term team members with zero respect. It's heartbreaking to watch good workers quit or transfer just to escape the toxic environment he's created. Walmart and Sam's Club should be ashamed to have someone like Jason representing their company. His behavior is not only unprofessional -- it's emotionally draining for the staff and damaging to the store's reputation. Instead of motivating his team, he destroys confidence and pride in the workplace. If you value your sanity, respect, and self-worth, do not work under Jason's management. Until he's held accountable or replaced, the Green Bay Sam's Club will continue to lose good employees and loyal customers.
