The gate was down so I knew the pharmacist wasn't in but my question was just about reading off the ingredients I'm half blind and was having a hard time reading the ingredients label to a medication for my first pregnancy. I always have to read because I'm allergic to a certain ingredient and they didn't have the brand I normally get so all I was gonna ask is the ingredients was on the back of the box . I tried telling the young lady behind the counter that but got interrupted 3 times with her saying " pharmacist will be back at 1:30 " I told her I understand but ... and again she told me " pharmacist will be back at 1:30 " and when I tried to tell her what I needed she did it again. So I'm super glad that a customer was able to help me rather than an employee. The store is amazing but I always have issues with the pharmacy.

The medication was also not the same. I always measure my medicine when I get it, I recommend everyone else do the same if you receive capsule forms because that is how I noticed the problem. It also felt like it was switched with a similar alternative. The effects were not the same. I tried calling and getting the situation fix however I was directed to call multiple numbers such as the manufacturer of the medication I was prescribed and I was given the runaround and the situation was never resolved or even looked into I do not recommend this place for anyone that is choosing to get medication filled I would suggest choosing a different pharmacy so You are not also blind sided like I was.

Their membership had expired and apparently you can't return something if your membership has expired. This Costco had a Spanish speaking customer service representative who explained the policy and then had a work around where the customer could rejoin, return the items and then decide if they wanted to subsequently cancel their renewed membership. I appreciate stores who truly focus on good customer service. Costco in any city has always done right by me.
