Just moved to town, can't even get my stepdad prescription for his heart condition. Pharmacy had me coming back twice promising they would have the prescription in stock. Turns out they didn't. bBeing rude doesn't help and blatantly most of them are confused at their own job. The machines in the front can't even give you cash back, the place looks trashed or as these young kids say clapped out. The parking lot feels like a Costco on a Sunday afternoon and trust me you're gonna walk out with a huge bill, no wonder the receipts are so long. read more

I have a one year old asleep in the backseat of my car as it's pouring rain. All I needed was 81 mg of aspirin. I tried going through the drive thru and they said, "sorry you have to come in for that." and closed the window. This isn't me being lazy, it's just a mom trying to keep her one year old asleep and dry while trying to prevent a blood clot. 0/10 would not recommend this place. read more

I have been coming to this cvs for 9 years, and this new person I have never delt with named gene, I belrice she was Nigerian. no offense to the color just wanted to give proper detail of this rude, incoherent, incompetent, rude person. My husband was trying to show her my insurance, and instead being nice about not taking that type of insurance she immediately waved her hand,and said we don't take that insurance , but when I called to ask why she was so ugly and rude, she said they take it just not that type. I was on speaker phone THE WHOLE time she was so ugly to my husband, I was trying to get a rescue inhaler so just typing this raised my blood pressure. if she hates helping people that much, get a new job!!!!! Granbury CVS Pharmacy has little customer skills, or care for customers. Jessica at Consultation desk was bitter and doesn't care about customer service Pharmacy today was busy! I purchased one prescription and the young lady at checkout was courteous and told me there's a problem. Things went really bad. I'd recommend somewhere else. About 5:15 pm, Monday July 3rd. Everyone at CVS Granbury that I have had dealings with are caring, competent, and concerned for their customer's well-being and satisfaction. Honestly, I admit, I have had occasions where I waited in CVS Granbury store over 35 minutes for shots for which I had an appointment (Shingles and Flu.) I admit that have been frustrated waiting in the drive through lane, only to see when I got to the front their sign that they are now closed for lunch. (Obviously, with enough competent staff, they COULD take separate lunch times and keep the pharmacy open during lunch.) I admit that I believe they need to be open later hours during the week, as the pharmacy closes before the CVS store does, and sometimes I can't get there in time due to my long commute. I realize that I am not their only customer. However, they KNOW me in this store and greet me with a smile when I come in to shop. Glenn even installed rental A/C units when the compressor went out to keep people from passing out this summer and to insure the chocolate didn't melt. That shows he cares! Are the staff perfect? No. But they ARE working on making improvements. If I didn't love my career as a teacher, I would apply at this store to work because they share my love for people. I love this CVS, warts and all. Want to spend an hour in the drive through while the pharmacist spends 20 minutes with each person instead of telling the ones that should have gone inside to do so, then go through this drive through. To make matters worse there were people going through the drop off only line and they were filling scripts making the wait even longer. Outrageous over pricing on all items in-store but I would still grab a few items when getting an RX ..... EXCEPT pharmacy staff is Always extremely rude and never helpful like other pharmacies! Customers are told "call your Dr" we can't fax a request LIKE ALL OTHER PHARMACIES or "we can't help you over the phone" like other pharmacies" on basic issues AND on my last visit I was told to check out my cosmetic purchases myself AND coupons and promotions are only available with coupons upon check out for "further purchases " on products you just purchased that expire in couple of weeks!!! read more

We had an awesome experience with the pharmacy staff getting our first round of the COVID vaccine. We arrived late for our appointment but the staff was still friendly and accommodating. They have been doing 200 vaccine shots per day and most of the pharmacy staff had been there for 12 hours or more. If you've waited a long time for the vaccine, I know it's hard to have patience, but these CVS employees are turning themselves inside out to help our communities safely exit this COVID nightmare. I think these CVS workers are absolute heroes, and we are so grateful for them. read more

It's a CVS, on par with any other CVS. It's also the only CVS in Granbury, right across the street from the only Walgreen's in Granbury. Since it's the only CVS, and is open 24 hours, it is fan-worthy and gets that 4th star. read more

Terrible terrible service!! The pharmacy is extremely slow! Even when sent directly to the pharmacy from the doctor, they dont fill your prescription until you call about it. they are just so slow. If you can, get your prescriptions somewhere else! read more

Again. Twice called. Twice I went in to pick. And they said No be filled. This was an auto fill prescription. No notice. At least Colin tried to help. Granbury CVS has little to 0 customer skills. Most don't care about the customer. Pharmacy is the worst. The CVS Pharmacy in Fort Worth (Target at Currie and 7th) has great Customer service. They care. They would call. They treat You like they care. Note that Colin went the extra mile but no one else. No one. 3 x 20 miles to pick up prescription makes it worth wild to change and drive to Ft Worth. If I could lower to - 5 stars it be more appropriate. read more

You'll wait forever at the pharmacy. Not very helpful just go to Walgreens much faster service.

This Granbury pharmacy is horrible! Most times when I pick up my script I have to wait at least 45 mins regardless if there is 1 car or 4 cars ahead of me. The drive through process does not work, so please try something different! read more

Beware!!! Doctor sent prescriptions in for my 7 year old Friday with the Correct name. (Long story short everything we needed was filed under the wrong name.) Our doctor confirmed they had sent it at noon and it was received. I recieved an automated message from CVS saying it would be ready at 9:53. Walked in a little early at 9:15 to be told CVS never received anything from our doctor and he had no record of this being available. Ended up spending two days in the hospital. Today CVS called to let us know the prescriptions from Friday night are still waiting for us. Was told they had two profiles for my daughter one was spelled correctly and the other had one character off. The info the doctor sent over was correct. on Friday the pharmacist was very unwilling to even help look up anything and we were told he had nothing from the doctors office or the name and birthdate we were giving him. I am beyond frustrated and have no clue what I should do Besides never use CVS again and warn others of this incompetence that put my daughter in the hospital. read more

The pharmacy manager,Devin is rude and arrogant. I have seen him on more than one occasion talk to older women like that were clueless and had no understanding. He flat lied to me about being able to call the warehouse and check if and when medication that was necessary for my husband would be shipped. They had already ordered the medication 2 times. I had a text showing the dates it was ordered. He said it had only been ordered once. When I asked him to call the warehouse to see if it was in stock, he stated that no one was able to call the warehouse. When I pushed the issue all of a sudden he was amazingly able to call the warehouse. We have had issues with him on more than one occasion. The phone was ringing off the wall... no one was answering it. Then I finally find what I was looking for and then comes checkout where you have to have their CVS card. Did I tell you I hate CVS? Prime example of what healthcare is moving toward. They don't care about the customer. They don't try to be proactive. 3 months in a row they have messed up my son's prescription, yet their response is always "I don't know", or "that's someone else's fault". A simple "we messed up and will fix it" would go a long way. Unfortunately they KNOW that many people are FORCED to use them do to Insurance say so, so they couldn't care less if they provide good service. read more
