Great service, fair price and accuracy. I'm glad we left Walmart pharmacy for CVS. We are saving money.

This Walmart was clean, and well-organized. The employees were friendly and prompt in sservice. I…read moregot a chicken tender meal and sliced turkey from the deli. The tender meal was done well and nothing had a texture like it had been sitting too long in the hot bar. The turkey was great, the deli worker asked how thin I would like it and took a test slice to see if it would be to my liking. This was a great experience.

When I try to bring them up to an employee to bring their attention to it I get looked at like I'm a Karen. I'm sorry that I don't like to be stolen from, you guys prosecute shoplifters but yet you do reverse shoplifting on people who come in to buy things as well. Now I have met some really sweet people there and then I have met some really rude people. I have been hit with those damn carts more times then I can count and I realize that they're on a time crunch, but the fact that I am trying to shop as well and you're getting paid to do what you're doing are two different things. I'm a very respectful person and when I see them coming, I try to get out of their way, but at the same time I'm trying to do my shopping. Be respectful back. One of the things that bothers me. The most is when I go to check out there's only a few lines open with real people so I will go to self check out because I only have so many items, but you will sit there and stare at me while I'm doing it making me feel uncomfortable but yet when your machine acts up, I can't find anybody to help me because they're too busy talking to other employees are on their phone. You need to do better. Customer service should be taught. I understand that some customers get out of line and become aggressive and I don't agree with that, but I'm not one of those people. If I treated people like that at work, I wouldn't have a job.

Wife and I have been using this pharmacy for more than 10 years. Always had near perfect service…read more After each visit to pick up meds we would get a text survey and we would give 5 stars. Until recently. My wife had an important medication that had the quantity of 150 on the bottle with that number circled. We counted 140. I called the pharmacist, he offered nothing and no explanation. Next visit I told a pharmacy associate whom I befriended over the years who brought it up to another associate, possibly a supervisor. They told me they would investigate and possibly check their cameras. This 10 pill shortage wasn't really that big of a deal but I thought it was important enough that at least the pharmacy should watch for this activity. So a month goes by and time for another refill of the same med. This time I came to my friend and asked her to have a pharmacist recount. Another person came to her window, somewhat rudely grabbed the script and took it to the back. I told my friend "no, I want it counted at the window" in my sight. That individual wasn't happy with my demand and actually used a raised voice and proceeded to count at a rate I was unable to keep up with. Obviously this associate and a third associate were visibly angry at me and because other customers were starting to recognize the situation I took my meds and left. Now this was no longer about shorted medication but rather the treatment of a long time customer. Next day I called corporate customer relations and explained the situation and asked that someone of higher authority give me a call. No one ever called and by the way I never received a text survey for this transaction. There was nothing I could do, so here I am writing this book. By the way, I've been with CVS in Georgetown since then and although I'm driving further I've more than made up for several months supply of gasoline in my first refill. Thanks Walmart for sending us away.
