Worse pharmacy by far. Prescriptions not filled in a timely manner or they claim they were never received. Extremely long wait times to get prescriptions filled. Even longer wait time if calling in to verify whether or not the script was received or filled to save a wasted trip there. Such instances as this have been encountered here numerous times so these are not isolated incidents. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I need my medicine today & this app said it opens on Saturday. But when I called the fharmacy & talk to one of the fharmacist to check on when I could field my script, he said that it could be field on the 26th. Not one time did he say that they were closed on Saturday the 26th!! So NOW!! I have to go without my medication for 2 days because this CVS in Gas City doesn't give of crap if I get my medication or not today!! Piss poor if you ask me!! I will most definitely tell my Dr about this bullshit because there is no sense in this SHIT!! It bad enough to they close for lunch for one hour! Dentist phoned in prescription for me 10 days ago. I went to pick it up 7 days ago and pharmacy was closed for lunch 1:30 to 2:30. What a shock to me. I went yesterday to pick it up again and this was 10 days after Dentist called it in. They didn't have it in pick up area and said to go to prescription drop off and ask them. After waiting in line again, they said its not made yet and would take 1 to 1 1/2 hour. Wife and I are seniors and don't get out often and live 12 miles away in the country. My wife had 2 prescriptions about 2 months ago and we went to pick it up the same CVS Gas city store and they said only one was ready after 2 days the Doctors office called it in. We was in drive through and said at least another hour for the second one to be ready. I said to have them make it now and I would wait here. Oh No said the girl. It will take at least an hour so you got to come back. I asked for her manager. A young man in looks like to be in his early 20's came to the window and said the same thing as the girl. I love CVS as a store just because it has so many different options. Although things at CVS seem to be more expensive and my boyfriend and I usually just go to a wal Mart it aldi to get what we need. But just about every time I go Into CVS I see something I want/need. I also like that they have a good amount of children's toys and miscellaneous items. I also get my RX from here. Only because I don't want to drive all the way into Marion to get it. I've left and immediately changed pharmacies so many times because of the rudeness from the pharmacy. But I'd choose CVS pharmacy over meijer any day. read more

My girlfriend just had surgery and on the way home I dropped off her prescription for her pain meds at their drive up pharmacy. Gave them all they asked me for they said it'd be about an hour so I left. Let it be noted I also left them my number to call or text me if it's done early or they need anything. An hour goes by and I returned to the drive through where the same employee told me, "well we need her birthday to get started," they claimed they tried to call me in that hour I was waiting while they were doing nothing but I had received no calls or texts. So I give them her birthday and asked how long it would take. They said it would be quick less than an hour. So an hour goes by I drive back up there a 3rd time. Still haven't received calls or texts and now 2 and a half hours later still no prescription. It's still not ready somehow. My girlfriend was numbed after the surgery but that wore off an hour ago. She's at home balled up crying in pain and they still haven't gotten her perscription ready after 2 and a half hours. It's a joke. An hour wasted on them doing nothing not calling texting nothing not asking for the birthday at the window nothing. Only to take another hour and a half and still nothing. I will never be returning to this location for anything again. read more
