If I could leave 0 stars I would!!! The lady at the pharmacy consultation is the rudest person I have ever encountered that has to deal with people!! She had me stand in front of her face for 16 minutes and didn't say a single thing to me, it was down hill from there. Answering very nasty and rude, had a smirk when I asked a simple question. This is the third time I had the same interaction with this lady!!! She needs to be fired, I'm pretty sure she's some type of manager in the pharmacy too. read more

This pharmacy is horrific. I honestly don't know if I ever had a positive experience here! The majority of workers are rude, starting with rudest of all, the pharmacist. If you hate your job so much, get a new one! Someone from CVS corporate needs to come here undercover and see how customers are treated. read more

Fix the pharmacy!!! Everyone who works there has an attitude and I'm sure it's the management and pharmacist. They have 1 pharmacist and 1 tech who keep me coming but I don't see her very often, so I'm leaving this Pharmacy. If the company doesn't want to do anything about the rude, miserable, annoyed Pharmacist, I have to take my business somewhere else where I feel I'm getting the best customer service and price. Pharmacists on hand rude, impatient and annoyed regading important issues regarding medications, terminology and age of many customers requiring assistance! Been a customer for 20 yrs and the problem is escalating from good to worse! Getting better service elsewhere! Patients are waiting for serious meds and told to abrupt directives. Well thank goodness I was able to leave this nightmare of a pharmacy ! And the main reason was the pharmacist Bob , he is rude , nasty and unprofessional. I even had him say my insurance would not pay for a prescription came home called them,he never even put it through. Talked to regional manager about him and they're well aware of all the problems they've had many complaints. They just Choose not to do anything about it . And then the wait time has got so bad it is always a hour or more. If you sick that's crazy.And they never have medicine in stock . Trust me I found a pharmacy no wait , friendly. This CVS is always bustling as it pulls from a large area. Shelves are well stocked, and well marked for sale irems and pricing, cashiers are helpful. Occasionally a line forms at checkout, but back up is called immediately and the line diminishes fast. CVS offers several services besides pharmacy and health & beauty aides. A few of my favorites are ability to purchase stamps, buy a $.99 money order, and photo development. read more

Patient wellbeing is at true risk. The staff is rude and leadership is lacking. Aside from incapable of simple refills... after multiple trips and hours of waiting past promised times, the pharmacist shrugged off a question because he was "too busy". True disgrace. read more

Was waiting in line at the pharmacy for probably 5ish minutes while a man was trying to get all of his medications together. An employee (I think her name was Judy) walked up & noticed he was having some trouble & offered to pay for him. He insisted they help those of us in line first since we had been waiting, but she still insisted to pay for him. I commented on how nice it was of her to do that to one of her coworkers & she said "yeah she always does stuff like that." So nice to witness. Thanks for the kind act Judy! read more

7/17/2020 doctor called in a script, I called and they said they did not receive it. Dr said he talked to pharmacist! The app told me prescription would be ready at 8pm so I went a few minutes earlier, he said he would've texted me when the script was ready. I said that's fine, I'll wait. Called me back 2 minutes later and said the script is not available within a 20 min radius! I had to find at another pharmacy that carried it at 815pm in a Friday night! Not happy with customer service. I should've gotten his name but my husband was in pain and wanted the script filled ASAP. read more

I know it was early in the morning, but literally nobody at the front counter at all. Waited there for at least 4 minutes. Wound up leaving because nobody was there for service. Probably could have walked out with the items without paying and nobody would have noticed except the cameras. Left the items at the checkout. read more

Horrible service we tried printing photos and couldn't get a single employee to come help us change the sizes of the pictures. Ended up leaving and going to target instead. read more
