I have found this is the best pharmacy of this chain I had to deal with. Never much of a line and when there is it moves quickly. It might be because I get so many prescriptions that have to be filled, but even a few of the people behind the counter knows my name. If they don't have one of my too many prescriptions in stock, they quickly order it. While I hate the fact that if you don't pick the refill up on the day it is done you get too many text reminders and a phone call, it is not the store's fault. I also don't like having refills auto filled but that is the name of the game with most chain pharmacies these days. Only wish that they had a drive thru and be open 24 hrs. 365 days a week but I know they won't. Just got spoiled by one of those in the Walgreens chain when I lived in Monroe. ( See it was only EBS that got me this spoiled) Will use this location as long as I am in Farmington. read more

Pharmacy checkout line (not waiting on a Rx fill; just picking one up that's ready) has ALWAYS been logic-defying slow; like it's a checkbox on their performance review and they work extra hard at it. More often than not pharmacy cashiers give impression they're doing you a favor - today was a perfect example. Just one customer in front of me; an elderly person who took a very long time; my turn the pharmacy cashier just gave me the I-hate-my-job-monotone with the 1,000 yard-stare-right-through-you look ...as she wished me a good day. (I get that you don't like your job; it probably seems like a dead-end job; you make that clear. But you choose to be in retail; and sometimes you gotta suck it up and be pleasant to the folks that pay your salary...just sayin'.) SMH--attitude is such basic Retailing 101. read more

Both of them talking about immigrants and how they'll have even more freedom if it wasn't for Trump- while I, an immigrant, waited in line and could hear them. This is possibly the worst pharmacy ever. I'm not one to write reviews, but given the horrific service and lack of professionalism I've seen, I feel compelled. Biggest issues: --There is always a long wait, no matter when you go --on numerous occasions I've received texts that my Rx is ready to only get there and staff say it's not, meaning multiple trips back and forth --pharmacist gave my 3 year old son an Rx for wrong strength --asked them to call insurance about a non coverage issue, told me I should call --staff is always frazzled and never happy I could go on and on, but save yourself the time, energy and your sanity and go elsewhere. read more

The slowest pharmacy around. If you don't need your medication right away by all means leave it here. For most places 3-4 hours is more than enough time, but they must be in some sort of time warp or have zero help. For comparisons, last week I had an antibiotic faxed to a nearby pharmacy, I left the doctor, went to the other pharmacy, and it was READY!! read more

Pharmacy had just opened. Clerk said "We just opened! " I hadn't said a word. She continued to be very curt in her contacts. i waited and she treated other customers the same way and then said to have a nice day! Pharmacist was very courteous and prompt in service. read more

Went in this morning to buy some toiletries and over-the-counter remedies wanted to pay at the pharmacy counter no one whatsoever in line the pharmacist was very rude and told me she was too busy to ring me up and I should go to the front this is the 3rd or 4th bad experience I've had and will be taking my business elsewhere. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. The women that work at the pharmacy are wonderful (at least to me). This review in no way has anything to do with them. The rest of the staff is incompetent and not willing to help when help is needed. I have had been a loyal CVS customer for over 30 years. Tomorrow I will be moving all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy along with all the other money that I spend in that place. I vow to never again set foot in a CVS from this day forward. Today, at 12:30pm I tried to make a delivery (7up delivery driver) to this store and was totally disrespected by a female manager. My DEX machine (printer) was malfunctioning and I asked if she could print the paperwork out in her office. She stated, "I wish they would stop sending IDIOTs to the store." I said, "please don't call me out of my name" She then stated, "get your shit and get out of my store." So, I was unable to complete my delivery. I am very disappointed and as to how I was spoken to and treated. I will make a complaint to corporate. read more

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The women who work here are rude & entitled. Why be in health care if you don't care about others? & this is on every occasion I've come here that the service was terrible. I would definitely go elsewhere but this is the closest one to me so I'm stuck for now. Today when I came in at 9:15 a.m. the manager told me that they don't open up the pharmacy until 10 a.m. on Saturdays & Sundays & it's been that way for years. Bullsh*t. Google says you open at 8 a.m. every morning; maybe SOMEONE should consider fixing this b/c I just drove out here for nothing trying to fill my prescriptions so I can feel better. But of course nobody gives a f*ck about you or how you feel here. I am originally not from MI; I have been in Farm Hills for a year & 1/2 now; any pharmacy I've visited in the past I've never had an issue or complaint about. Long lines, incompetent pharmacists and confused cashiers. I've put up with it for 12 years because it is close to home, however tonight was the worst experience ever. The woman who rang up my purchase was insulting and rude, yelling at me in front of a line 6 deep. FOR NO REASON.
