Their deli and salad bar are stellar. You can tell that the meat department is a passion here. While the selection isn't as great as Walmart and the big stores, they pack A LOT into this space. Staff are incredible. And you can tell that they support one another. If lines get long, there's always someone jumping in to open a new lane. I will also say that this store and its management are deeply committed to community, volunteering their time and money in a lot of projects and charities affecting the county and Mt. Vernon. Feel good about shopping here.

That made me uneasy. They even do most of the crown work, which made me very uncomfortable.Had to go back a few days later and have the extra cement scraped out from between the teeth, ouch and thus a third trip for a tooth that was damaged from something,we don't know what! Needless to say am going to a new dentist and will make sure I get the actual dentist himself to give my mouth the final check. Also when a hygienist there was " checking for oral cancer" she said, there's a bump there,or it just might be a lymp node, very unnerveing.

This due to billing, the outsourcing of the call center, and not being able to speak to someone in the office. Talking to an actual billing person is near impossible. Every time I am in the office there is always a new charge for something. I have also found in my EOB's that there are charges that aren't even covered with my insurance or the services have been entered incorrectly. Unfortunately, I will have to leave because of this issue. My medical is expensive enough, I don't need the headache of trying to figure out their mess every time I have an appointment.

Since starting Medicare Part B in January, I've faced unexpected $60 co-pays for frequent visits. I recently learned that if enrolled in the Medicare Savings Program, premiums and a $286 deductible are covered, but I missed this information and have been paying co-pays. Dr. Malek's office, which employs offshore staff, lacks nurses and medical assistants, focusing instead on collecting payments. Medicare has been double-billed, and I was pressured to pay $25 to leave after questioning my bill. Dr. Malek called me, leaving a voicemail about a $25 monthly payment plan, and later dismissed me via Facebook Messenger, demanding $275 I don't owe. This platform is unsecured for health information, and his actions constitute patient abandonment. Dr. Malek has threatened legal action and verbally abused me over unpaid bills. I have evidence to support my claims and have reported the issue to Medicare, the Attorney General's office, and the licensing office. I've retained an attorney and plan to share evidence with them. I urge others to be cautious when dealing with Dr. Malek, who provides Suboxone treatment. Thank you.

Unlike other locations this one has only a single pump in each lane but they do have 12 lanes available. I did see multiple people using the "wrong" side and stretching the hose to fit their caps on the opposite side of their vehicles with no problem. The lines seemed to be moving rather quickly probably because of the single pump per lane. In other words, I didn't have to wait for two people to fill up and move on. The lines were not overflowing like at my home Sam's in Greenwood. Today's fuel price was $3.17 for regular which was 16 cents cheaper than the gas stations across the street. One thing I do wish for is a faster processing on the screens. The screens on the pumps seem to be slow or hesitating more than other fuel stations of other brands.
