I couldn't find him anywhere in the store, and three of us waiting to cash out. They don't have the bell to ring any longer.. as they would prefer you give up and use the self checkout. I wandered around for a while trying to find him. When he finally arrived, the customer service left much to be desired and he was a bit smart mouthed. Not a fan.. I don't care for being mistreated as a customer another serious issue this store has is lack of inventory. I've stopped by the store on four occasions over three weeks looking for. basic item., and it wasn't I stock. I was getting ready to go out for a fourth try one afternoon, when I decided I could just click on a button on Amazon and go back to my day off at home.. almost every essential personal care product now is an Amazon buy. didn't really want to, i like to support my local store.. Too many places to spend money these days.. Walgreens and Amazon will be my go to places from now on. By the way.. self checkout cost CVS far more money from theft than they ever save. Anything you buy here will break ridiculous quickly. Boots will squeak after low usage. Air mattresses have holes in them. Headphones break very quickly. Shirts easily get tears. Microwaves break quickly. Go to a real store and buy quality goods. It will be a little more expensive, but you will save money in the long run.

When I told her this was my first time here, she gave me a rude look and condescendingly asked, "Are you sure?" Her tone was unnecessary and unprofessional. It's ridiculous for employees to discourage customers from making legitimate purchases just because a worker "gets cranky." That is their job. Jared was so helpful and just a delight to talk to. He knows customer service and how important it is and surely delivers it. I hope that he gets the recognition that he deserves. I would also like CVS to have a immediate contact us page where we could deliver orchid letters. I tried to find some way to compliment him. The contact page has a physical address and a phone number. Instead I will call the manager of the store tomorrow to speak with her directly.
