I asked why wasn't I told this in waiting room waiting to get called , I got no answer instead I was told that they open at 8am and they are an hour behind as soon as they open the door well I said I would like to know now if it's 20 minutes or two hours now so I can go somewhere else then nurse leaves I sit there another 15 min waiting and then proceeded to front desk and asked did she find out if it was 20 minutes or two hours wait time because I could just go somewhere where else. I just walked out thinking if she knows that they are an hour behind every day when they open at 8am why do u wait until patient is in the the room to tell the about a two hour wait time . Jenny was extremely helpful and was able to get a stronger medication called in. I appreciate her helping me in this situation. She is an amazing and extremely efficient.
