If you can't call someone to let them know their medication is done then don't say you can and take their information down. If you have a backlog of patients waiting on the same medication don't say it will be ready the next day. If you like to just be told to go to Walmart instead because you called twice in one day to see if your medicine was done than this is the perfect place. All they had to do was be honest. Please come in and fill out new patient info so we can call you, that medication has several patients waiting and it may be a while before we have yours. Seriously. This is crap customer service at its absolute best. Patients are people and we deserve honesty, competency and communication.

I know he must work a lot of hours because he's always working when I'm in there. He's always smiling and friendly. I appreciate all that he has done for my family and my pharmacy needs through the years. He leads a good team, too. They all work really hard to provide great customer service and quick as well. My order which contained frozen + refrigerated items were left on my front porch in 100 degree weather without any ice or insulated bag. I'm fairly new to Durant from Dallas (which has many delivery options). I've never received a food delivery with cold food not on ice or insulated. This may be the same in Dallas with Walmart. To top it off when I opened up my bags a big portion of the items that I ordered were missing. Disappointing. Was planning on making dinner but too many items missing. Eggs and milk were already warm. Frozen items barely frozen. I had already pre-paid a nice tip on a percentage of the items ordered. Basically the delivery person ended up with a 30% tip on a disappointing order. It is not the delivery person's fault. This is simply to inform ppl who possibly order delivery from Walmart.
