The owner of the store is clearly a thief as he does not provide a refund for something that you did not ask for. I wonder how many other people out there have not checked their receipt or even got a receipt and have been charge for a car wash without their knowledge. If I were you I would check all my receipts as this place is clearly stealing money from the public. If you asked for a refund for something that you did not ask for or receive they should promptly refund your money and not argue with you. I don't get their argument are they just trying to steal more money or are they just trying to out right rip you off. I will never stop here again even if I have to push my car they are that crooked. Watch out go somewhere else.
