The Kroger app is quite frustrating at times. Unfortunately my most recent trip there was not a 10/10. I was told the medication would be ready the day I called but when I showed up a few hours later they informed me they were out of stock. Two days later this is still the case. They DO have a delivery service so in the future if it's not urgent, I may opt for that instead. The staff is friendly and it's always nice to support smaller businesses. There is a lady that works there who I believe is Russian/strong accent who has consistently laughed at me, judged me and most recently ask me to do something after my test that could compromise/contaminate the results. She and the other ladies that work there have never asked me to perform such acts before! I am very disappointed in her carelessness and unprofessionalism as these particular tests are very sensitive. She also has repeatedly and even when we are the only ones there taken her sweet time to take care of us and has made me late to work and other important tasks. That being said this Carmel location and the Fishers location has really helped us during this difficult time. The only time we ever have any problems is when the employee listed above is by herself or the only one available at check in. Furthermore, Sal has been absolutely wonderful and caring!
