Hoy mi doct me mandó 3 medicamentos y fui a recoger y me entregaron 1 la chica q me atendió muy arrogante pero bueno lo pasé puro me llegó notificación q fuera. A reclamar las demás medicamentos y regresé a las 7:40 pm hoy 25 de febrero y me atendió un chico Brian de letra q se peina con la línea a un lado le pregunté porq me an hecho venir varias veces por los medicamentos porq solo me entregó uno y me respondió abriéndome los ojos d runa manera muy despectiva diciéndome no se aquí hay uno pregunte al lado y fui a la ventanilla q me dijo,y ladra que no se de donde es muy amble me dijo oh si pase de nuevo allá que ya voy a entregársela,pero se quedó hable y hablé con el chico Brian,carcajada aquí allá y yo espere y nada,bueno seguí esperando y vino el chico Brian,y me dijo enséñeme la aplicación y se la enseñé y me abrió los ojos con un tono d voz regañona acercando su rostro al divisor diciéndome,eso es para mañana le dije pero ella me dijo q ya me la entregaba y siguió regañándome diciéndome cosas y levantando su voz, y me dijo vaya de nuevo allá,regrese,y en la línea se queda el all to adía diciéndome sosas y yo respondí ,últimamente en esta farmacia se an vuelto muy groseros y altaneros,y se salió el de su mostrador u se me acerca retador diciéndome todavía está llorando por eso? Le dije cómo? Y le dije antes esto no era así llámeme a su supervisor q lo voy a reportar y en sucio con su rostro enrojecido diciéndome cosas en tono muy alto que hasta la farmaciasta dijo Brian ya,y el siguió y yo le dije: nunca tuve inconvenientes en esta farmacia y tengo 5 años reclamando medicamentos aquí,y desde la puerta d e vacunación seguí discutiendo en tono demaciado alto y le dije voy a reportarlo read more

Long lines. Had to use self check because the register wasn't working. No employees in sight.

Here's the Scoop: I came here today to pick up a prescription. Usually service is quick, friendly and effecient. I'm very disappointed with the service since it became CVS y mas. There's more than 10 people behind the counter and only I person on the register for pickup and I person for drop-off prescriptions. It is ridiculous. There should not be any lines with so many workers behind the counter. I waited over 10 minutes to drop off a script. Two woman were on line when I arrived shaking there heads and disgusted. I don't know how long they were there. The young man working the drop counter was on the phone for over 10 minutes while I waited. He could not read the script and got assistance from another worker. Thank God because he was already to saying it's not here when he was corrected by the other worker who walked him through it. Thank God. I was agitated because one he saw the line was long and continued to talk on the phone. No one came to the other register to assist. Everyone milling about not monitoring the lines. Only one seat available when waiting for a script to be filled. It's a "hot" mess. I think they can do a whole lot better. It's ridiculous! Service has dropped tremendously from a 9 to a 3. Management needs to re-evaluate how to service people better when dropping off or picking up prescriptions. read more

I went here last week Thursday March 24th to take passport photos for my 14 month old son. Roland was so patient and helpful. He took a series of photos until we got a passed photo. His patience and courtesy was unmatched, people aren't as kind in customers service but he went above and beyond to help us. I appreciated his assistance and patience. read more
