Arrives at 730 and hasn't even started filling script, not only that hadn't typed in the order yet either, not only that messed up and couldn't figure out who was covered on insurance even tho come here everytime. So an already unacceptable time of an hour and a half turned into 2 hours so far. Still waiting I'll let you know how long this lasts with next review.

My doctor's nurse has called me personally to confirm that it was called in, but the pharmacy says they have no record of it. Last month I stood in the pharmacy and called the nurse. She even gave me the name of the girl she spoke to. When I hung up they basically called her a liar. Today the same thing happened with the same med. I have an email AND a call from my nurse confirming the refill. The pharmacy refuses to yake responsibility for dropping the ball. The only reason I don't switch to another is cost. They are considerably cheaper than others for someone with no ins. Too bad their customer service is bad.

John's delivers so I called to see if they would deliver the testing devices. Josh told me they typically do not but as I was a resident of a local retirement community maybe they could incorporate them in another delivery. The customer service provided to me was above and beyond the normal and exceptional! There are few organizations that allow their staff the latitude to meet the needs of their customers and not be controlled by restrictive corporate policies. Carl W
