Compared to other pharmacies CVS always has my meds in stock. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable in their job capacities.

They need to hire more employees here. you cannot be located near a hospital and expect customer to wait 6 hrs to get their priscriptions after being in pain and discharged from the hospital emergency room. Don't even try to call them nobody picks up their phone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. AVOID THIS CVS. read more

The employee there was very rude, i don't understand why they hire people who don't know how to do their job correctly.

This is the worst pharmacy ever. They have very bad customer service. I was just there to pick up a prescription through the drive-thru and they clearly have a sign saying you can now buy Tylenol or Advil at drive-thru. The employee America was like no mam you have to come inside for that. I told her there is a sign out here that is advertising the sale of Tylenol or Motrin at drive thru. She went to ask and comes back to say yeah no mam you can't. I do not feel well enough probably have the flu do not want to go inside. Couldn't believe it, well maybe I should have had other bad experiences here. Never coming to this place again. read more

This place gets completely swamped with prescriptions pick ups after work so if you're there at that time, expect a wait. Even overwhelmed, the employees and pharmacist are always extremely helpful and very friendly! This really feels like a neighborhood store and it all due to their great staff both t the registers and at the pharmacy. read more

The most inept place on the planet. Save yourself the frustration and go someplace else. This pharmacist in particular is a complete jerk who gets a thrill out of having control and causing people to wait excessive amounts of time. The WORST pharmacy ever. read more

I would give zero stars, negative really, customer service stinks, they are careless, didn't mix my sons antibiotics one time, I had to call and do it myslef, pharmacist ran my sons birthday wrong and stated that insurance company was to blame for having a different birthday until she realized it was her fault, my son had MRSA and she was not going to fill prescriptions until she realized she was to blame, pharmacists are rude and take a long time to fill prescriptions, even after calling and them saying that they are ready for pickup, I've had really bad experiences with this phramacy. read more

If u r n a hurry (meaning u don't want to wait 2 hours) then go elsewhere! 2 hours to fill 2 drive through prescriptions!!! I'm on vacation out of state & very sick. Of coarse I put off going to the doctor.. Unfamiliar with area & my insurance coverage I tried to just push through & finally went because i was afraid I was in danger. So I feel awful! Just want to be in bed. we have located an urgent care clinic received treatment & looked up a pharmacy & had to find our way there. We were so ready to b done. We drop off the 2 prescriptions & he tells us he will text when they are ready. I expect 15 min but 30 wouldn't have surprised or frustrated me. We sit in truck waiting. I'm coughing like crazy, can't breathe drowning in mucus & counting the seconds till my relief will be handed through the window. After an hour, we pull back around. The pharmacy attendant opens the window, obviously recognizes us & isn't pleased that we have pulled back around b4 being summoned by text. He says "can I help u" with a tone in his voice that made it very clear he didn't intend to. My husband says my name & b4 he can ask about the progress the guy interrupts & says "u just dropped that off right?" My husband very politely says we actually came through exactly one hour ago. & the cvs guy says well it's not ready. If u would like to come in it'll b another 15-20 min. So we drive around for 20 min & go back to wait in the parking lot. 45 min after our inquiry (1hr 45 total) my husband goes in. He sits there 4 a few min & approaches the counter to again check the progress. The tell him they r working on it. The place isn't incredibly busy & he sees several people come in drop off their Rx & pick it up & leave as he waits. Having nothing better to do he sits & observes the pharmacist & watches them work. At the 2 hour mark he sees them fill an order and approach the counter. He assumes it isn't ours bcuz they have had it for 2 hours! surely hadn't just filled it right in front of him (he said it took about 2 min 2 prepare the order) sure enough it was ours. they finally call him up & offer no explanation or apology 4 the delay. We chalked it up to a petty vindictive pharmacy clerk whom I suppose felt inconvenienced by our first inquiry & felt I obliged to return the favor with force. My advice just steer clear of here. read more
