If I could give zero stars I would! I had one of the worst experiences of my life today, at your East Greenville Street location, in Anderson, Sc. I called this morning and had to leave a message for the pharmacist. I needed a prescription transferred from another pharmacy for my 11 month old grandson. I waited 4 hours between calling, and going to pick the prescription up. Due to past problems with this particular store, I tried multiple times to call the store back to insure they were following up on my message. I couldn't get anyone to answer. After a 4 hour wait, I drove through the drive in, and inquired about the prescription I needed filled. The clerk informed me that the pharmacist had tried returning my calls several times. I pulled up the call log on my phone to show her I had not been contacted. She said she wasn't going to argue with me, told me to hold on, and literally slammed the window shut, as I was speaking to her. The pharmacist, Cooper Martin, came to the window, and was very nasty to me. She claimed she left me a voicemail, then backtracked and said my mail box was full and she couldn't leave a message. She then claimed she couldn't find my grandson in the system because I gave her an incorrect birth date on the voicemail I left. She told me it was going to take her a while and that I would need to come back later. I told her I would prefer to wait, at which time she threatened to call the police on me, if I didn't leave! Now bear in mind, I had a 3 year old in my car listening to this all of this transpire, as well as my very sick infant grandson. I decided to park my car and go in to speak to the manager on duty. The manager took down my information and went back to speak with the pharmacist. She returned some 5 minutes later, and said she was told they would not fill my prescription, and I could take my business elsewhere! Never, have I ever, been treated in such an unprofessional manner by a large corporation. It is my intent to make everyone aware that this is how your company treats the sick and infirm! My grandson does not have his medicine tonight, because of an egotistical tyrant.
To add insult to injury, they refused to give me the DM's contact information.
Trust me when I say, I will shout my experience out to the universe, on every platform available to me. read more
