Nice helpful staff and the prices are way better than heavenly even though it's only a minute or two from stagecoach lodge

I know they are short staffed but that is not an excuse for the woman attending us to be rude and condescending to us. Will not return.

Really bad service, really disrespectful, and refused to give us service. Really bad employees. I recommend you look for some place else.

They even gave us free game on a sweet little hill that you can park on the road, hop out and shred the gnar for free. My Son hated the board he got so we went back and they swapped the board and gave him bindings that were easier for him to manage with no fuss, Tyler (i think) was hella helpful. Really knows his craft and understood what we needed to know not being novice shredders! We originally went to get new bindings for this ancient snowboard that was too of the line 20yrs ago lol but not the easiest thing to learn on so he suggested the perfect board for my 10yr old and thankfully he did cause he was able to get on the slope and figure out the mechanics from the first ride. I remember my first time and having a board that wasn't really flat, probably a few inches too long and bindings not pitched correctly really made it frustrating and hard to catch the feeling. Went to a few other spots before here and they were pretty unhelpful outside of trying to sell us gear.

Our families rented bikes and bought clothes from this store. While we were there, the older man…read morewho was supposed to help us and other customers was incredibly rude and short-tempered. He was passive-aggressive and seemed to dislike tourists, showing contempt for them. We tried to be polite and understanding, thinking maybe something was wrong with him, but it didn't matter. He continued to be rude and arrogant to everyone who came into the store. I can't recommend this store based on his behavior. He was equally indifferent to anyone who tried to speak to him. Considering the wonderful experiences we had during our visit with friendly, helpful, and professional people, this store was a complete disappointment.

The store is large and bright, with clearly marked aisles and a lot of merchandise offered. If I were smarter, I'd stop here before REI or Patagonia. I picked at the edges and came out with an extra ice scraper, small snow shovel, and a pair of exercise hand grips. Who knows what I'll find the next time?

I really wish they would open a Sierra branch in my 'hood in Northern California! Sierra is like the "sporty" arm of the TJX family of stores. You can get camping gear, clothing/shoes for men, women and kids, home goods, toys, snacks, pet supplies, and so much more. It's like a treasure hunt every time! There's also clearly marked red tag clearance items in each department. On my recent visit on a Saturday morning, I found good name brands in clothing and shoes, such as Columbia, Eddie Bauer, Levi's, LL Bean, and Crocs. All at discounted-from-retail prices! The store was recently remodeled and everything was neat and tidy. The cashier was pleasant and the line moved at a reasonable pace. There weren't a lot of workers roaming the floors to ask questions, but then again, this isn't a typical department store, so don't expect Nordstrom service! Highly recommend checking Sierra out to see what bargains you can find!

Very Disappointing Experience - Reno Location…read more Living in Hawaii, our Lululemon stores have a very limited selection, so when I travel to the mainland I always make it a point to shop at larger locations. During my recent trip to Reno, I was excited to finally visit your store after finding some great pieces at other mainland locations. Unfortunately, my experience completely changed the moment I walked in. I had just finished a large coffee and urgently needed to use the restroom before shopping. I saw a customer come out of the bathroom and approached an employee to ask if I could use it. The associate looked at me and bluntly said, "Sorry, we ain't got no public restrooms." The way it was said felt dismissive and rude, especially considering the circumstances. I wasn't asking for special treatment -- just basic courtesy and kindness. Instead, I felt embarrassed and unwelcome, so I left without making a purchase and took my business elsewhere. This was not the welcoming, elevated experience Lululemon is known for, and it left a very negative impression. I hope management takes customer service more seriously, because this visit was a major letdown.

I was worried that the outlets would not have my size; I was wrong. But I am done, well I hope I am, with this brand as I own too many outfits. Well, do I need more gym shorts?!?! Atmosphere - Small location. But the only one in the city, so... They closed the bathrooms to the public. Why? Plenty of mall parking. Open 7 days a week 10am to 8pm; on Sundays from 11am to 6pm. Service - Self service. Price - Expensive, but that is the cost for quality. I do frequent their outlet locations in Livermore and Gilroy, CA, for much better pricing. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success since 1998 by founder Chip Wilson. 491 stores with 25,000 employees and growing around the world. 2007 IPO. If only there weren't so much controversy with the founder's history.
